Tony and his crew were fantastic, from getting a quote all the way to reassembling of my furniture at the new place, this move was totally stress free, the movers were very careful, and considerate of my every need, and Tony was on top of everything, my sister told me to keep their number, she wants to hire them when she moves, thanks TLC.

They did exactly what they promised

We were very worried about our move. We have a great deal of furniture and collectibles as well as musical instruments. TLC Movers made it so easy! They showed up and got to work. It was a 15 hour day with five guys and 2 trucks! They never stopped working and even when I put out lunch they didn't stop until the trucks were loaded and ate on the way to our new home. We were so impressed with the care they took to put our items carefully in the trucks and to place them exactly where we wanted them when they arrived at our new home. Our baby grand piano and spinet piano arrived safely along with all our other possessions. True professionals in every sense of the word. What impressed us the most, however, was the way they all kept a smile and a laugh all day. I am a real estate broker and believe me, I will recommend them to all my clients I took off 1/2 a star only because of one surprise and that was that I didn't understand upfront that the tape and wrapping were a per roll charge, I thought it was a flat fee. Overall we were extremely satisfied and felt that we got great value for what we paid.

They up charged me for additional fees, not mentioned upon hire. Definitely look elsewhere.

Movers showed up on time, were very helpful and polite. Moved everything without damage. Definitely better than doing it yourself.

Roberto & Jose, the movers, did exceptional work. They took so much care with my belongings, much better than other movers I have used in my many past moves. Tony, the owner of TLC, was very involved, contacting me several times before, during, & after the move to ensure things were done according to my expectations. TLC Moving Service is far and above any other professional movers. I will definitely hire them again.

10 STARS Tony and his crew went above and beyond. They not only helped us move (to two different locations), but stored some furniture when one of our new locations was not available on the day of the move. They even donated our left over furniture so we did not have to hire a Junk service to do it for us. We already recommended TLC to our Corporate office for their move.

I could not of asked for better movers. They showed up on time and work quickly. They protected my possessions. And on the delivery and they again we re on time and unloaded the possessions quickly and without damage.

Very efficient hardworking crew, excellent leadership by Erick. They were pleasant, showed up on time, and were agreeable to anything I asked. My move could not have gone better. I highly recommend TLC.

Workers were on time and ready to work. They wrapped and loaded my furniture carefully. Workers were polite and friendly. Very pleased with service.

I don't do these...

Moving from one 2 bedroom/2 bath to another 2/2 a mile away shouldn't cost over $3K. They are fine movers, but terrible packers. Many boxes were unlabeled or labeled on top (not helpful when boxes are stacked), or stacked with the side label facing the wall. Some items were not re-assembled and they lost one wheel from my office chair, rendering it useless.

Trustworthy and nice people

Good customer service from the movers. Was not pleased with not being made aware of the additional costs beforehand. Information such as a 5% credit card fee and a minimum number of moving hours should be discussed before the movers arrive.

Great experience. The crew was prompt, very communicative, and took great care in moving our stuff.

Overall it was a good experience. The guys were professional. They were a little late but overall we got it done.

I found TCL through Angie s List. Tony contacted me right away and his responsiveness plus solid reviews drove my decision to hire TCL. The overall price is what I excepted for an LA full service move. A fair price and most importantly they were on time, worked diligently and carefully and completed the move without incident. I will hire them again.
