I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience because I was impressed with the exceptional service that Tony and his team provided. Tony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spoke with several moving companies and decided to go with Tony because his expertise put me at ease and his rate was most reasonable and affordable. Tony was very communicative and texted me about his teamâ s ETA. They arrived on time, and finished the project early. Thanks to his advice about buying the â No Parkingâ signs to reserve the street parking space for the moving truck in Beverly Hills, everything went smoothly despite my living on a busy street. Johnny and Freddy were friendly and listened to my detailed requests regarding moving my furniture and boxes. Overall, the service was excellent at a reasonable and affordable price, and I highly recommend TLC Moving Services.

Tony was great in scheduling a move within a few days. The guys showed right on time, communication and understanding was crystal clear. Sal, Phil & Jairo were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional! Should I need anymore movers Iâ d call Tony and request these guys!

Professional movers, I had them deliver an extremely heavy stone console from crate & barrel. They picked up my item from the store and delivered it to my house in perfect condition. They were very professional and everything went smoothly. Rates are also very affordable.

Great movers! Fast and efficient!

Excellent prices, professional, friendly, great communication and waved feeâ s. I just had spinal surgery a few weeks ago and needed to hire movers to help me downsize my 10x10 storage unit to a 10x5 to cut costs. Whatever could not fit into the 10x5 I was going to have them take back to my home so I could sell it. Out of the 10 moving companies that I spoke to Tony called first. He was friendly, understanding, helpful and listened to me explain my situation carefully. After I explained that my 10x10 was only 75% full he was confident that he can make everything fit in the 10x5 without me having to sell that much. Tony quoted me his hourly rates which were a lot less expensive out of the 10 competitors I spoke too. When I met Phill and Joseph (the movers) at the storage facility they were very polite and professional. They were sympathetic seeing me in my spinal brace and kept encouraging me to sit down and relax while they move everything while being kind- hearted. To my disbelief, they were able to fit everything in the 10x5 except for a sofa that I knew I wanted to bring home and sell. Itâ s such a relief that I didnâ t have to sell anymore of my precious things because they were able to fit it all in. They handled everything with care, moved quickly and were patient with me. There was also a miscommunication on my part where I neglected to see a fee that was supposed to be charged to me and Tony ended up waiving the fee. When it came time to pay, he cut another cost as well. I thought this move would cost me a lot more than it did. I also thought I would have a bunch of other stuff left over in my 10x10 that Iâ d have to move on a later date and have the stress of selling it while recovering from surgery but fortunately that stress is no longer. Everything went as planned and smoothly just like Tony said it would. Thank you to Tony and his team!

Wonderful experience all the way around. Each and every aspect was handled professionally and politely. Everyone had a great attitude. I particularly bonded with Joseph, but again, all 4 men that I dealt with were wonderful. Iâ ve already shared their number as I recommend them 100%.

Supervisor Joe and the other 3 guys were great! There was some confusion re the amount due because of an email that went to SPAM. Be sure to ask Tony to disclose ALL fees that will be associated with your move in advance, just in case you donâ t know what to ask or you donâ t get the email that explains them ALL. If I ever moved again, I definitely would hire TLC Moving.

I have worked with TLC twice now, once after having my belongings shipped from out of state. First time was a big move, part of belongings went into my new apt and some was moved into their truck and then taken to storage unit and unloaded. First spoke with Tony who assisted me in organizing the move which went very smoothly. men x3 were prompt, courteous and hard working despite the very hot temperature and that is why I scheduled them a second time when I moved within the same building but to a different apt on another floor. This time I spoke with Tony again and worked out the arrangements. Three men, again all on time and very nice. I had worked with Joseph before and it was reassuring to work with him. The job was completed within the allotted time and even my friends commented on how nice the guys were! I had an issue that Tony and I had not fully discussed clearly and when I called and spoke with him regarding my issues he took it back to his boss and called me back the next day with a monetary reimbursement! Much appreciated and I would highly recommend TLC Moving Service.

They were very professional and worked really hard to make sure all of our house was intact. They let us know of some small potential problems on out furniture like loose screws or pressed wood that was weak. But they protected out mirrors and TVs so no scratches . I would recommmend . It did take 8 hours to get from one place to another so it ended up being 3000. To move 3 bedroom 2 bath to another 3 bed ,2 bath. But to be fair they had to move everything upstairs and I used 4 men.

I originally told Tony that I would have everything packed, however, I ran out of time so the crew had to help me finish packing. They arrived on time, were professional, fast, efficient, and gentlemanly. My new condo is on the third floor and there is only one small elevator which slowed everything down. The price was more than I originally expected, but with the crew having to finish packing, plus the slow process with the elevator, the additional charge was fair. I would recommend the team. Nothing broken, damaged or lost. They barely stopped for lunch or break. They were so careful with my furniture and possessions. Great job!

Tony and his team were great! Arrived on time and ready to start, unloaded a distance from my apartment and had to carry everything (including a refrigerator) up a flight of stairs. The price was just what I expected after doing my initial search for a mover. I would definitely use TLC again!

Both Tony and Joe were great! Great communication and very efficient and quick. Even when they broke a glass picture frame (which happens sometimes in moving) they replaced it right away. I would work with them again.

Tony and his Warrior Moving Crew at TLC were incredible. Everything was exactly as quoted. His crew showed up on time, with fabulous attitudes and an amazing work ethic. They were so careful with my belongings and went beyond what they needed to do to make this move as easy for me as possible. These men were actual gentlemen!! They were professional, kind and caring. They recognized how traumatic a big move can be and genuinely looked after me to be sure I was doing ok. Special shout out to David, Solomon and Panama -- thank you for your amazing work and kindness toward me and my experience. I will never use another company!

TLC Moving is a wonderful and very professional moving company. I just had a refrigerator to move from one location to another and they were prompt, efficient and took extra care with it. I am very pleased with my experience. Tony is a really nice guy and made it all very easy. Highly recommend!

They are professional, on time, and knowledgeable about the moving of your furniture. Having been in the furniture business and know how to handle large furniture I was aware of their skill and knowledge. Really nice to have someone that arrives on time, knows what they are doing and not complaining about everything. Scott
