Description of Work: My experience with SDS Electric has been frustrating to say the least. I have dealt with Josh who over talks me when I try to speak and is very belittling. On top of being late to do work they butchered my ceilings when installing the can lights which ended up costing me more money when my drywall guy came and saw the mess. The worst part of all is that I was lied to and told that they had pulled a permit with the city and that they did it online and it was all taken care of. They told me that they would call to schedule inspection on Tuesday and come Tuesday I never heard from them. When I called to follow up they gave me the runaround and several days later they informed me that they hadn't pulled the permit at all. That became a mess in itself. I was persistent about the permit situation which took even more days of my valuable time. Once the permit was finally pulled and there was an appointment with a inspector from the city. Josh was due to meet him and was over an hour late. When the inspector called him to see how far away he was he said 20 minutes which was clearly a lie because he took way longer than that and the inspector had to leave. Josh was disrespectful to the inspector over the phone and the inspector was very frustrated and that put me in a bad situation. The inspection had to be rescheduled. When the inspector finally met with Josh from SDS Electric he had all kinds of corrections that he wanted done which took more days which held me up even more in my remodeling process. I don't recommend this company. |

Description of Work: An electrician and his helper installed a ceiling fan in and existing light fixture. They were efficient, clean and performed the tasks to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Installed new service panel, some light fixtures and fans. Excellent work. And when I discovered that one of the crew made a connection error, they were quick to come back and correct it.

There were separate charges for diagnosing the issue and fixing the issue; this was made clear to me. | |The workers were prompt, courteous, and clean.

Description of Work: They were prompt, on time and did a great job. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint is that they did not honor the discounted price in the magazine.

Description of Work: When I purchase a "deal" from Angie's list, I pay upfront the cost, for what's advertised. Today it seems I pay an extra to the worker when they arrive or they will leave. I had to give SDS an extra $35x2 for 2 fans. |SDS arrived with 2 professional looking workers & truck. They installed them fast & were clean about it. One fan wobbled when I turned it on, he said live with it. They left trash in my house after they were finished.
