I phoned Jeff today and he had time to swing by and do the repairs the same day. We have a fountain that came with our house and it's constantly leaking, flinging water on our stucco (which has been repaired once already and needs to be repaired again because of the water) and in general, the fountain just isn't operating well. I was ready to tear it out, or move it, and asked Jeff to come over to talk over my options. He said he thought it was definitely out of level (it's 3-tiers) and we had an ill-fitting hose, as well as a really dirty and clogged filter. After speaking with him I decided to have him service the fountain and am glad I did - it looks like a new fountain - I wish I'd taken a before and after.

Jeff did a great job of cleaning my very dirty fountain and my pump which was so coated with gunk that it could not pump water to the top of the fountain. I had turned it off pending Jeffs arrival. Called him the day before, he told me his availability, showed up on time and got right to work. Quoted me a price and stuck to it. Without my asking he rebalanced the fountain as well. His price is very reasonable. I would definately recommend and use him again.

I have this fountain in front of my house. It has been nothing but trouble since it was installed in 2004. Never held water, pump burned out. I filled it twice a day most days and I'm not exaggerating. It was on the sprinkler system so it was filled that way as well. The guys who installed it told me that's impossible. OK, you know it's not going to be fixed if the idiots who put it in won't even believe it's broken right? After about 3 years, it broke again and I just unplugged it and there it sat, totally covered by foliage. I originally called Jeff to pull it out which was willing to do but was sure he could fix it. I reluctantly let him try. Well, he fixed it and showed me the problem caused by the last clown who tried to fix it. Anyway right now it's working. He cleaned it up as well. Now will it still leak? I don't know and time will tell. The point is Jeff LISTENED and LOOKED AT THE PROBLEM! That's 95% of the battle. I have no doubt if there's a further problem he'll handle it!

Jeff arrived early (which was refreshing!) and looked at the fountain. He felt it wasn't a crack but that the seal was not seated properly. The fountain had been off for a few months and was also in need to cleaning. He cleaned the fountain, reset the seal correctly and used putty to reinforce. He made sure that the fountain was level and in working order. He was efficient, friendly and professional. I will definitely use him every 6 months to clean the fountain!

Our church fountain has not been working for six months. I contacted Jeff on Monday morning, 11/11. He answers his own phone! We had excellent communication! He listened to my concern and offered to come to the church that week. We scheduled for 10:30am Wednesday, 11/13. Jeff was on time, pleasant and easy to talk to. He determined that the fountain was more than likely in working order but needed a thorough cleaning. He spent maybe 30 - 40 minutes cleaning the fountain. He didn't mind me asking questions while he worked. He's a very pleasant young man and has been doing this for some time now. The fountain is running and the water is clean! It's wonderful to have and quot;living waterand quot; in our garden once again! I will call Jeff for periodic maintenance in the future. I highly recommend his service!

I had tried everything myself. I thought I cleaned out the pump, I also cleaned out the plastic tubing and still my fountain stopped flowing. I was convinced that I'd have to replace the pump. That was something I couldn't do myself as it was hardwired and the pieces of my fountain were grouted together. I called Jeff on Saturday and we made a plan for him to come out Monday AM. He was right on time and went right to work. He took apart the pump, reset it, and did a complete cleaning of the pump. He put it back in and within minutes the flow was as good as when we first put it in. He could have told me I'd need a new pump and charged me for the replacement and I wouldn't have known any different. I really appreciate his honesty. While he was there he and his partner also cleaned the fountain so it looked brand new. Overall I couldn't have hoped for better.

I had purchased a 300lb fountain that was delivered to my house in a crate. I had no idea how I was going to move the fountain into my backyard let alone follow the directions and put it together properly. I called Jeff and made an appointment for the following morning. He showed up right on time with another worked to assist him. In less than an hour he had unpacked, placed and had the fountain up and running. He did a great job and I plan on using him to service my fountain in the future. Use with confidence.

I had a fountain installed in the front yard about five years ago. Recently, it began needing to be refilled every 3-4 days, when before it would last months before needing to be refilled. I cantacted Jeff Willoh, and he was able to come out the same day to look at the fountain. He said there was no leak. He found a large amount of algae and dirt in the reservoir portion of the fountain, which he cleaned out. Within two weeks, the fountain needed to be refilled again. Also, the fountain was not properly balanced, with most of the water spilling over one edge. I called Jeff back, and he came out the next day when I was not home and re-leveled the fountain. He then sent me a bill for $75 in the mail. It seemed to me that the fountain not being level was his fault as he was the last person to adjust it and it had not been an issue before. He agreed to forgive the bill, but said that he would have to charge me if he came out again. But the fountain still does not work properly, and needs to be refilled every 3-4 days. What a waste of money!
