I left a message for Jeff and he returned my call the same day. We scheduled the work for the same week. Jeff arrived on time and got to work. Cleaned and leveled the fountain foundation. We will use him every six months. Personable and gets right to work. We like him.

Jeff was terrific and way exceeded my expectations for a reasonable price.

Jeff did an outstanding job. He was on time, very polite, and extremely efficient and effective in the work he completed. Jeff was also clear on potential cost and charged what he estimated the work would cost. I would highly recommend Jeff Willoh for fountain services and intend to hire him again for service every several months.

We have used Jeff in the past and he was our first choice for the work that needed to be done. Jeff arrived at the appointment on time, within 2 days of calling to schedule. He quickly cleaned and releveled a 5 tier fountain that had not been used in at least 2 years. He also moved and replaced the pump as we no longer needed such a mighty one. He also cleaned and checked out a smaller fountain that had also been neglected for 2+ years. Finished his work in under 2 hours. 2 days later - the large fountain had not been used in a long time so the caulking between the tiers had deteriorated and allowed the water to drain from upper tiers. We called Jeff back and he came the next day to check out the problem. He quickly determined the caulking problem but because of the size/weight of our fountain, he needed help to remove and fix the problem. He came back the next day with help and fixed the problem within 2 hours. We now have our giant fountain working the way it should. We would hire Jeff again if needed.

The first service seemed to go okay. He cleaned two small fountains and said all was good with them both. That cost me $275. 3 weeks later the fountain in our backyard stopped working so I asked him (Jeff Willoh) to come out again and see what was going on. He did and said all he had to do is to flick the power switch on again. For some reason it had gone off. For that second service he charged me $100 (just to flick a switch) . It is now two weeks later and once again the fountain in my backyard is not working. It is not the power source as there is electricity coming out of the fountain outlet plug. Jeff Willoh said he will come out to fix it again but will charge me at least $100 for his visit saying that he has to drive so far to my house. He told me that he is charging me for his driving time. In another words , he doesn't stand behind his work, even if its within a few weeks or one month. I would not recommend this man to anyone and I am surprised he is so highly recommended on Angie's List. I will look elsewhere to find someone who cares about keeping his customers happy. Too bad!

Excellent. Jeff responded to my call immediately, was flexible in terms of scheduling appointment, showed up as promised on time and diagnosed and fixed the fountain the same day. He is professional (and loves dogs!), super friendly and I would recommend him to everyone!

I got him from Angie’s List. I don’t remember the cost, but I remember thinking it was reasonable. I would absolutely use him again and he was very good. He’s a young guy, I think his father originally owned the company. He just did a great job and comes when he says. He did a very nice job and got whatever parts he needed and came back to make it work and all of that, so he was good.

He did not do the complete service but was very helpful in finding the right company to our the part I needed for replace my small fountain pump.

Jeff was courteous and attended to the cleaning of the fountain with skill and care.

Jeff did a good job of cleaning and re-leveling a four-tier backyard fountain. He arrived at the appointed time, and spent an appropriate amount of time cleaning the fountain. I will be using him again for regular fountain maintenance.

Jeff was really great to work with. One of the best parts is that he actually came when he said he would. He listened to what I had to say and spent the time to go over what he had done. It's great when you find someone in the area that you can trust and not complain.

Jeff came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem with my fountain on the spot. He fixed it right up for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the service and after having had a bad experience with a previous fountain guy I will be using Jeff from now on!

Jeff arrived exactly on time and quickly determined the issues we were having with the two year old fountain on our patio. He fixed the problem, configured the fountain to our preferences and most importantly, showed me how to trouble shoot the problem if it reoccurs. Great service, reasonable price, courteous and professional. We couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use him again.

We have a new three-tier garden fountain, and needed advice from someone experienced and bright. Jeff was the answer to our prayers. He was prompt, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. He installed a control on the pump so we were finally able to get the flow as low as we wanted. He advised us regarding the hard wiring of the fountain (which was not yet finalized), and provided lots of helpful ideas and insights. We would not hesitate to use Jeff again, and would recommend him to anyone who needs help with a fountain. Jeff is the man!

Jeff and his helper arrived on time in good spirits and willing to trouble shoot our problem fountains. Jeff quickly understood the unique nature of our fountain that was not functioning and carefully found the trouble. He is very smart and fixed the issues that caused the malfunction in a very timely and professional way. He then proceeded to balance and clean the large basalt fountain on the front of our property. His attitude and level of expertize was so excellent and the very kind strong man he brought to help, as our job required two people, was just wonderful! I am beyond thrilled to have found Jeff and will not ever wonder who to call when our fountains misbehave. I recommend him without any reservation at all.

Jeff got our large old fountain up and running again. He is responsive, professional and a nice guy. We will be using him for regular servicing as well.

Jeff was terrific. He was punctual and honest, and provided a great deal of advice on how to repair my fountain. His cleaning service did not take too much time. Now my fountain works great and literally sparkles as it never has before. I will certainly be calling Jeff on a regular basis.

We have three fountains on our property that we have attempted to maintain ourselves with the help of the gardener. They were installed about 2 years ago and two of them were no longer working. They still had water in them and the pumps were still functioning but for some reason the appearance and sound of running water were entirely absent. I called Jeff at 9:30AM and he was here by 11:30AM the same day. He was personable, professional and the fountains are working better than they have ever worked before! I am in complete shock. The water is crystal clear and chemical free (as I requested). I'm sure the birds will be as thrilled as I am! The next time I have fountain issues, I will definitely be giving Jeff a call. I don't know why I waited so long.

He does a very good job, arrives on time, gets the fountain clean and running well. Also did an electrical repair to fountain cord for me. Very nice young man.

Jeff was on time and extremely personable. He was easy to work with and he explained all of the problems we had, how to fix them and how much each cost, giving us the opportunity to only address the issues we chose. The fountains look great. Although both were fixed, one of them needed an electrician's visit to get fully going again. Jeff offered to swing back out afterwards just to make sure all was working properly. Highly recommend.

I called Jeff on Saturday morning and he promptly called back and said he was available in the afternoon that same day! I told him that I had a unique fountain that was made for me out of a giant flower urn and that tree roots grow into the underground box that houses the water and motor and that it hadn't been working for about a year. I had the motor cleaned out once about 3 years ago but it was now 7 years old. When Jeff arrived, he said that it was unique and he had not seen something like it but managed to take it all apart (lifting the 100+ pound urn himself) clean it all and get the motor working fine which was great because he said it was a very good and expensive motor. It went from a dark stagnant murky swamp to a smoothly flowing, crystal clear water fountain! Works great and I'm very happy. Cost was a little more than I expected but I guess you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

We have two custom designed fountains at our property -- like almost all fountains they suffer from algae build up over time and as cleaning them out and scrubbing every stone and pebble is a real chore I was looking for someone who could take on this task. In addition the pump in one of the fountains was behaving erratically, not starting up when submerged. Although Jeff was away on vacation when I initially left a message he called back promptly and let me know when he would be back and able to come over. After another service provider (not an Angie's list recommendation!) failed to return my calls I reached out to Jeff to set up an appointment. He came promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Despite his best efforts we could not diagnose the fault with the pump so Jeff helped find a suitable (and more reliable) replacement which he installed. Jeff not only does excellent work at a fair price, he is also a great person to deal with with -- highly recommended.
