- quality of work was great and our plumber, Bob, was fantastic. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done as he worked. - I was a little disappointed with the company. I had called before purchasing the $99 for 1 hour of service deal to make sure the work could be completed within the timeframe. They had assured me that it could and quoted me a rate for every 15 minutes after the first hour just in case. The work ended up taking 2 hours and 10 minutes, but they charged me for 2 hours and 30 minutes. When I was emailing the company about the services, they suddenly were non-responsive when discussing the time and price.

It was fine. They came within a couple of days. There weren't any unexpected issues. I didn't incur additional charges. It was good.

They had to come out a couple of times, but they finally got it fixed. It was a little bit inconvenient because they did not get the work the first time. They came out three times. They are nice people so they are fine. The price was a good Deal. It is just that I am not sure I would have done it again have I known what happened.

He was supposed to come out at 8 AM and he hasn't called or contacted me to let me know if he is still coming. I have an appointment that i had to be at 10 AM and we discussed that I needed them to be on time and haven't heard from them.

Danny arrived and took apart the tub faucet, flushed out the connections and installed a new valve. He did have extra time and installed our new faucet. He was done in about 2 hours and at a very reasonable cost. The work was done properly and timely and Danny was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. We will definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing issues.

It was wonderful service, they did a good job. I have recommended their service and would use them again.

They were punctual and very professional, all the while being extremely friendly. As you can see from my above comment on what Jeremy and Randy did, we were extremely satisfied with their service. They saved our house and family from possible disaster.

took the guy five weeks to complete this simple job mainly because he promised a new handle and then couldn't deliver! I had to keep chasing him to get the job done. Then got this hard luck story about how much money he'd saved me by not charging me overtome etc. because he felt he'd let me down - but still presented me with a $400 bill. Do NOT use these guys.

Technician Russell was on time and explain to him what I need done, shown me what was wrong with faucet and what he was going to do to fix it and got it done. Next job was to re-position the toilet which loose and explain to me what needed to be done and how he was going to do repair it. Russell did a great job and after he finish he clean up and explain what I was being charge for. I would recommend Moe Plumbing to my friends and that they ask for Russell, he basically work out on west side of town so if you need a plumber ask for Russell. i had parked at work so provider could use my parking space. (I am in downtown Los Angeles.) I had told the order taker that the plumber could park in my space provided that his truck fit. Ken showed up in a box truck that definitely would not fit. He also says he was refused parking at the nearby hotel where my other guests and vendors have parked. After about an hour, (I though he had given up and gone home), Ken shows up. He had parked blocks away and rolled a cart full of tools and parts to my building. I was glad to see him. More importantly he fixed my flusher. Another provider had been out 2x on the same issue. The second time they wanted me to buy a new toilet! But Ken fixed it without any parts and within the hour service special I had purchased. I would like Ken to come back and do other plumbing as I need it, but he says they will have to send someone with a smaller truck!

Technician ordered parts as promised and I was contacted to have him return. He returned as promised and was professional and fixed the problem. He was at my home about 90 minutes. However, I did not expect the parts to cost nearly $180 or an additional fee of approx $200 for his service call. (That is in addition to the initial $99 I paid Angie's list.) It was more costly than I anticipated.

The job went very well. The technician. Russell. was very professional and proficient. The work was performed in a timely manner. We were pleased.

They were also suppose install a shower curtain rod but the person never came back to finish the job. He damaged the tile while installing one of the grab bars. He stated his drill bit was too large. He left the property for about 40 minutes to buy a smaller drill bit. He included this time in the bill. He was supposed to come back to finish the job and I never heard from him again. I contacted the office on 11-3-15 and sent pictures of the damages. I contacted again 11-10-15 and was told that someone would be out to make the repairs. Contacted again on 12-17-2015 and as of this date, no repairs have been made. They have never imitated any contact.

No issues. On time, friendly and willing to give advice on how to improve system.

Jason from Moe Plumbing Service arrived on time, neat, and clean. When I opened my door, he already had foot booties covering his shoes. He introduced himself, shook my hand, and started to work. Jason removed my mat that I had for him to kneel on and placed down his own larger mat on the floor (impressed). He began to work immediately taking apart my old faucet. He asked if I wanted to cover the holes or leave them open for an in-sink soap dispenser. I chose the latter. Jason also showed me where the builder used plastic hoses that were attached to the valve as one-piece. So, he couldn't use the hoses that came with the faucet, but he said he would still make everything work well. After removing the old faucet and the 3-hole cover plate, there was a lot of calcium deposit. Jason cleaned it up as best he could. I didn't have the soap dispenser, but I did have the hole covers that were put in place until my dispenser arrives. Before permanently installing the faucet, Jason checked with me to see if I wanted the handle on the left, right, or center. I wasn't even thinking to have it in the center, but it looks best in that position (thanks for the suggestion). I was also shown how to clean the filter thingy with this little tool that came with the faucet. The job was completed in less than an hour. Jason cleaned up, packed up, and hauled away the old faucet. There was a difference between the quoted price on the phone, and the written price given to Jason. He accepted the price that I was quoted on the phone (much appreciated). I am very particular when it comes to having work done right the first time. But, I am even more particular when it comes to professionalism, kindness and respect. That goes a long way. Jason exhibited those qualities that I as a home owner expected from a service provider. Very genuine, personable, and all above, etc... Thank you. You made my day!!!

Fine. I think I did get extra services. I did pay them extra because there were parts. I paid a hundred and fifty on top of what was prepurchased. The meter was definitely running and I got what I wanted out of it but we had to do it on a strict time frame. It seemed like it was, I work with other plumbers, and this guy was constantly watching his watch. I will probably look somewhere else next time It was just too nerve racking.

Two weeks later and after repeated calls a manager finally called me back and said they could not do the job because of "liability issues." with a unit not purchased through them. Completely the opposite of what the technician said. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and a waste of my time.

It went well. My son was there to oversee the job. He was very pleased with the professionalism of the technician and the way he was kept informed on what was going on.

Complete rip off. Charged over $630 to replace a standard sink faucet. I was so outraged at the ultimate price I had a second plumber come in to assess the work and to tell me what he thought it should have cost. The second plumber was equally as outraged. They charged over $165 for a $75 part and claimed they needed two men for more than 2-1/2 hours to replace the faucet. Stay away!

Originally got the service because we were suspecting leak at the bottom of the toilet bowel seal. Turned out there was a leak from the water tank so that was fixed.

Very good. We had an up charge for a change which probably should have been communicated better before they began. Our assumption was it would be improved not simply replaced but apparently that was not what they quoted. They were very clean and worked quickly. All of the work was done in the quoted time frame and even the change order was done immediately the next morning so they could be out by late morning. This was very nice. All the individuals on the job were professional and pleasant. This was labor intensive in hot weather and they were all very comfortable to be around. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Very genuine and nice staff all around. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied. The plumber knew exactly the problem and in around 35 minutes the job was completed. Now I had all the rest of the day to go on with my day.
