Description of Work: The plumber they sent was really nice and he did a good job. The only reason he got a B instead of an A is that when he replaced the innards of both toilets, he screwed on the flusher handles so tightly that they stay down when you flush instead of automatically bouncing back.

Description of Work: Had a gas leak. The guy replaced a valve and reconfigured the pipe leading to it. had to drill the tile to do it. When he left, we still smelled gas. Turns out the leak was a crack in the hose leading to the dryer. Not the gas pipe coming out of the floor. We called to let them know. They were very professional and nice. But twice, the guy didn't show up to fix it.. Finally sent someone else who just replaced the hose. We paid for a big job that was not needed, and missed hours of work waiting for him to come back. Both times, no one called us to let us know he couldn't come. Guy didn't even check for leaks after the job was done. I canceled Angie's subscription because of this. I can get bad referrals for free. Sorry.

Description of Work: They responded very promptly to a minor emergency - a stopped up toilet. The price was reasonable, and the problem was solved in a matter of minutes. I would use them again for a more substantial plumbing problem if the occasion arises.

Description of Work: The quality of their service is good, but the A/C unit they recommended is woefully undersized. It can't hold temperature inside the house when outside temp is more than 90, which isn't exactly rare in LA. It also frequently freezes up. Gilmore hasn't been able to figure out why.
