It was great, and it was a very easy process. They installed it, and were out in an hour or so. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them to others.

Excellent. Plumber was honest enough to make it clear that the magnitude of the job was way beyond what I would be willing to pay for, given the non-urgent need for that functionality to me. Gladly paid his service call fee to get that information.

We spent this money on an used water heater. I mean this water heater has been her for twelve years. I wonder if the cost analysis between getting a brand new one, and spending the money on an old one. I guess be aware of that. They kept doing things, and it kept costing more. It got me thinking, we got far into buying an new one.

I got excellent service from them. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He left me with instructions and a valuable tip on how I could service it myself. The next time we have a problem here, they will be the first ones I call.

Very professional, had no problems and all the dealings I had with them was smooth. The workers were wonderful, professional, did their job, cleaned up after themselves and it was like no one had been there.

It was great - my only reason it was a B - was there was a part that he needed that he didn't have - so we had to pay for the drive time to go back to office and get it. Expensive drive for us. He was great, did a good job, but definitely didn't like that part.

Great! I called late Friday afternoon, got an appointment for Saturday morning. Plumber was on time and finished the job efficiently and quickly. He was very polite and nice, too. I would definitely hire this company again.

This is the second time Jose from MOE Plumbing has come to fix a plumbing problem at my condo and his service is exceptional. He is also extremely polite and professional and is very honest about the work needed. I highly recommend him.

It was fine. It was a very simple job and they did it quickly.

He was punctual, did the job in a timely manner, very nice, and professional.

Terrible work. They were supposed to go under the pool deck and sidewalk without disturbing. They charged us extra so they could rooter under it. Instead, they cut large holes in pool deck and sidewalk. They were also supposed to use black pipe from pool motor to skimmer. I caught them using both black and white. They changed the piping for some, but not all. They refused to continue to use the black pipe to the skimmer. They also refused to give us the Angie's List discount. Our gardener and a house guest both fell into empty holes in our sidewalk. We filled the holes ourselves and put a temporary paver on top of it. but that is starting to settle. They billed me wrongfully and said they ran out of envelopes. They abandoned the job and refused to come back. For the other part of the job, the drain line was a black pipe as well. I use this pipe because it is stronger and blends with the topography. The contract specified black pipes. They subcontracted out this job and did not tell. The subcontractor said that Moe underestimated the job and it would cost an extra $500 for materials. The employees then told me that they were uncomfortable working on our property because the bible says homosexuality is unnatural and evil. They never gave me the Angie's List discount either. They have never billed me for the corrected amounts, so I have no idea what the balance is. I can't tell whether they charged me extra for the $500 or not.

It went very well. Moe Plumbing arrived promptly according to the scheduled time. The plumbing technician accessed the problem where the water was not coming out of the shower head but releasing behind the shower wall. The problem appeared to be a broken diverter. The serviceman repaired the problem very quickly and was in and out within the hour. I always use Moe plumbing when I need plumbing services. When I call, I usually receive an appointment immediately and at my requested time. The person scheduling the appointments is very friendly and every technician that has come to my home has been very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Friendly and quality service is the reason why I continue to use Moe Plumbing.

All works well and they are not expensive

Great. Jason checked all possible sources before cutting into the ceiling and finding the leaking pipe. He fixed it - no mess left. Reasonable bill. Gave me ideas about where to find someone to fix the ceiling.

Walked me through process so that I understood.

We needed a toilet repaired and some other plumbing issues. Plumber was very friendly and did his work diligently and timely (we bought an hour of service and he worked efficiently and got everything done within that hour). Overall a very pleasant and competent job done at a fair price.

It was a nightmare. We had purchased their $99 for 1 hour of work "deal" The guy spent most of his time in his truck, using up the hour and when he cleared the pipes finally, he BROKE our pipe and then had the nerve to charge us for the new pipe piece as well as extra time and Labor. It cost us over $300.. Total rip-off.

The estimator showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of what was needed and emailed an estimate the next day.
