Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning and was very pleased with the service! The office staff were friendly and scheduled an appointment very quickly. Dan, the service specialist who showed up, was prompt and very friendly. Our duct is actually fairly long, and he did a great job in cleaning our the air vent, and spent time educating me on ways to make my unit more efficient. He gave helpful tips on keeping the vent screen clean, checked the duct for leaks, and even helped re-clamp a loose duct. I always appreciate professionals who spends the time who provide tips and expert advice while providing the service. Top scores for Fresh Aire, and I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

We noticed that when our dryer was on the hot air was not coming out of the vent outside our home. We looked under the house and noticed that the vent looked clean coming from the dryer. But about 1/2 along the vent, it was just covered in lint. We replaced our dryer vent with a proper type of vent. We then called Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning and they were able to have someone come out a few days later and clean our entire crawl space. From the call to their office to the technician that cleaned our crawl space, we were very pleased. Very professional and prompt. I would use them again.

After I had marble laid down, the hose was sealed off. They properly cleaned and resealed it for me. They did a good job! They were on time and followed up. I would highly recommend them.

Scheduling was very easy. I called and spoke to the office manager. She explained in detail what they would do for the cleaning of the air ducts. An appointment was set up. And because I was an Angie's customer, they provided me with a $50 discount. Jason & Tom showed up on the scheduled day as discussed. Very professional and detail oriented in their cleaning operation. Jason answered all questions with a real understanding of what was involved, etc. They reviewed everything after they finished and the air quality in my home has never been better. Highly recommend this company and their employees. Great job!

They found rat poop and had to stop but they cleaned my dryer vent for free. They keep in touch with you and are very good with customer service.

I was SO impressed by the technician who came to do the work. He was professional and thorough in everything he did, and spent nearly 1 1/2 hours in my home. I've had this sort of work done before, but nothing as thorough as this company. Their price was a little higher than others listed on Angie's List, but worth it considering the quality of the work.

Very straightforward dryer ductwork cleaning. I can't believe how much junk was in there, including a pipe that a worker had left. Very pleased with the way my dryer is dryer now. Before, everything came out hot and wet.

Basement vents are very difficult. The guy worked very hard running up and down the stairs, and then inside and out to make sure it was running clean. He was fastidious about his work.

They were great! They were pleasant, good to work with, and keep in touch.

We’ve used them once, and the experience was alright. We called them again, and they told us that they’re unable to work on our ducts because there was something involving asbestos, which we’re working on. The technician that was sent out was as helpful as he could be!

This company is great! I was prepping my rental house for new tenants and took advantage of the Angie's List deal for dryer duct cleanig. They were able to schedule me within a few days and sent me an email receipt. Extremely courteous, helpful and professional. I enjoyed dealing with them and would definitely hire them again!!!

I chose them because of their ratings. They were very professional; I had called and they were able to come the next day. They were very knowledgeable and nice. I will use them again in the future.

I recently just bought my house, and during the home inspection it was told to me that it was possible that the vent was never cleaned. I was having a washer and dryer delivered to my house the day before and before using it, I wanted to make sure there were no clogs. I called the company a few days before setting up a weekend appointment. They were very nice over the phone and I got a estimate based on the length the dryer vent. The service agent was prompted and explained what he would be doing before he started. My dryer duct was really full. It took him almost an hour to clean it out as he hand to empty the container more then once to unclog it. After he was done, he also explained to me how often I should have it cleaned. He recommended with the Pets I have I should clean it every two year. I'll have them come out again after the summer and clean my chimney. I already got a quote for that at $250.00.

My experience with Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning was AWESOME!! From the time on the phone to the actual date of service this company was amazing. The office staff on my initial call was great. They explained to me in great detail the cleaning they would do. I originally called in due to the fact of respiratory issues when my system was turned on. Never knowing this should be done i had a lot of questions the friendly office personnel explained to me the procedure,the reason why i should get it done and how often i should get it done. They also let me know that if at the time of service if i had any questions to please feel free to contact the office or even ask the crew. BOY not many companies tell you this. The day of the service I watched the procedure, and they even showed me the stuff that came out. GROSS i cant believe the crap that was pulled out. It is so nice to have clean ducts and to breathe the fresh air now. Thanks to Fresh Aire Duct Cleaning I now have fresh air to breath at night and i do not worry about turning my system on!! Also during the service i asked about the dryer line so they looked at it and it was clogged. They said it should be cleaned out so I got it done. They showed me how much lint was stuck in there and it was a lot. They told me it should be done yearly, so I now am on a routine schedule where they will call me. I highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning and dryer line cleaning. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond what is expected. Once again thank you for jobs well done. I will refer friends and family to your company in the future.

I'm not sure how they make money given the amount of time they spent insuring that it was a job well done.

Technician was thorough, careful and efficient. Everything was clean and in great order when he was finished. He explained the problem, process and results. Charge was per quote. He did recommend a different exit cover but was not prepared to install one even though he said this was a common upgrade. I was disappointed at that but he did complete the job I requested when making the appointment.
