Hi [Member Name Removed] I think there was a misunderstanding. On 10/13/14 you paid $345, this was for a Video Camera Inspection. This is a very different service than a dryer cleaning, which is why the price difference. On 9/4/15 we cleaned your dryer along with your air ducts. We only charged you $50 for the dryer cleaning. I do thing there was a mix up. We work very hard to keep our customers happy and keep our reviews "A's". Would you mind correcting your review as you did not pay $345 for a dryer cleaning? Description of Work: They cleaned the dryer vent from the inside of the house and outside. Nick and Dan did an amazing job, explaining the process as they cleaned, and showing how much lint had accumulated behind our dryer and in the vent. They replaced the duct connecting the dryer to the wall vent because it had become detached. They arrived within specified time frame, and were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer vent. Discovered that there was a break in the line because it was not to code.(Flex ducting used at both ends with standard, to code, ducting in the middle.) I thought that they would be able to handle the repairs, as listed on the site, but was told that I needed a hvac company to repair

Technician arrived on time and completed the work in the time estimated. Total price was $175, the amount quoted when I had scheduled the appointment the previous day. Technician was neat and cleaned up thoroughly. At first, the price of $175 seemed high but when I looked at reviews of other companies, I saw quotes of $300 and more, so it seems that $175 was a bargain, especially when I saw the amount of material that was stuck in our vent. I recommend this company highly and will use them again.
Description of Work: Our dryer took many hours to dry a load of clothes; I called an appliance repair company who referred me to Fresh Aire. Their technician did a VERY SUBSTANTIAL cleaning of vent & ductwork, both near the machine and from the exit point at the outside wall.
