He worked on Christmas Day and did an amazing job.

Arthur is terrific, knowledgeable, and friendly. Being a small business, his rates are very reasonable since he's not paying a lot of overhead. He was able to fix my out-of-date dryer (manufacturer parts no longer available) with all the necessary parts right from his truck. He also volunteered to check the dirt under my refrigerator, thankfully, because it was solid dust, which he cleaned. He truthfully assured me he was not just trying to add work. It was indeed necessary. Will be recommending him to others.

I'll get straight to the point: ARTUR IS AMAZING. I recommend him highly! My service experience was great from the first initial phone call all the way through payment (which by the way, his quote was beyond fair and competitive). I called in the morning, set an appointment with him same day, and my fridge was fixed by the end of my work day. With a brief description of the issue and finding the make and model for him, he came with parts in tow, and a very friendly disposition. He even showed me the problem so I better understood it and explained ways to better take care of my fridge. I will be sure to keep his information handy the next time I need a repair!

Fixed the washer without a problem. Well worth the money. Cleaning the dryer, however, was a bit pricey. Nice & courteous person. Left no mess. Would use him again.
