My experience couldnâ t have gone better! Arthur diagnosed the problem with my microwave, ordered OEM part, and returned to install it. In addition, he charged me a very reasonable amount.

Arthur was reliable, honest, and efficient. He did a great job with my freezer repair, very knowledgeable. His pricing was fair and appropriate. I would definitely use his services again.

Arthur bid the job for a rate higher than I was comfortable with but we were able to negotiate a price. It turned out the the job was bigger and took much longer than anticipated. Arthur did not complain about this or attempt to change our agreed upon price. Both he and the other worker were professional and very courteous while in my home. When the job was complete the work area was clean and my refrigerator is now running well. I would definitely hire this company again!

Artur came the day after I called, and repaired our broken washer (clogged and broken pump and pump motor) within a few hours. He was, friendly, clear, and transparent about what was needed, and then even looked at my other appliances to go over small issues. We are so grateful for the fantastic work he did for us.
