Artur was fantastic! He came out the same day I submitted a request for service, called me to let me know ETA, quickly diagnosed the issue with my washer, ordered the part that needs replacement, and scheduled the next time to come to install it once it arrives to him. He offered me a less expensive option, which I greatly respect. I would highly recommend A&E!

Alex and his colleague did excellent work on a broken cabinet that another vendor had been unable to repair. He has been very helpful in providing options for design and cost, and I appreciate that he takes the time to work very personally and capably. A good guy to work with, I'm hiring him for another job.

Although my washer was not repairable, Artur made every attempt to fix it before ultimately recommending a replacement model. He was on time, stayed masked, and was very professional. He only charged me for the house call and gave me helpful tips for maintaining the new washer.

Arthur arrived when he said he would and quickly figured out what was wrong with my refrigerator. He replaced the part, cleaned my very dirty air vents and fixed my ice maker. It’s like my refrigerator is new again!
