Arthur was very nice, did the work without hesitation, and solved the problem my refrigerator was having. I will hire him for future projects (i.e. dishwasher)

Arthur was very prompt in returning calls and setting up the appointment. He explained things to me and was very courteous. My only issue was that after he fixed my dryer (replaced some parts including the belt) the belt somehow came loose within a few hours and the dryer wouldn't spin. When I contacted him he immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment the next morning (very good customer service, thank you). Fortunately, my tenant was able to take apart the dryer and reinstall the belt himself so I just cancelled the followup appointment.

Hopefully the repair will Last. I needed someone ASAP and he was there in 1.5 hours. Sears wanted 2 days!

Not only did Arthur show me what was wrong with my dryer, he also detected a safety measure that had been previously bypassed. Quick service, very professional and very reasonable costs. Very prompt and polite. They were able to repair a range hood fan that others in my building could not get fixed. Neighbors had to replace the whole island range hood which is difficult and more expensive
