Description of Work: I used this company to do a second physical inspection of a house that I am buying. The inspector was very professional and clearly explained things to me. I particularly appreciate that he was able to help me to assess priorities. The previous home inspector was extremely alarmist (perhaps to protect himself against subsequent legal liability) and make it seem as though the house would fall down if a huge list of changes weren't performed immediately. The AGP inspector was both thorough and laid-back. He identified the same issues as the first inspector, but he had a very supportive (rather than a critical) attitude. Instead of emphasizing all of the horrible things that might happen, he helped me to see the risks inherent in buying any property and helped me to prioritize any necessary repairs. This approach made me feel empowered rather than fearful.

Description of Work: INSPECTION FOR MORTGAGE AND ESCROW COMPANY BEFORE WE PURCHASE FIRST HOUSE. INSPECTION OF ENTIRE PREMISES.
