Excellent. Mike arrived early. The inspection and report took about 5 hours. Mike listened to our concerns and requests . The inspection is very detailed. Provided detailed pictures of any observations in the report. Would highly recommend Mike for home inspections.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The gentleman was prompt and extremely thorough. He wrote up a very detailed 83 page report at the end. There was not a single thing he missed. He took pictures as well. He was very professional.

I have nothing against the guy, personally. He was punctual and easy to deal with. It was just the lack of decisiveness on anything I wanted to know that left me feeling almost as informed about my house as before I had it inspected. For example, he mentioned there were cracks in the foundation. But, he didn't mention is there were a few, a lot, and if they were big or medium or small....or if the house was going to be fine, or if it was going to collapse and we were all going to die. I realize most home inspectors probably do this to some extent, but anytime I asked him anything, he suggested I get a specialist in that area to come and check out that specific thing. By that logic, it would only make sense to never even do a general home inspection, and only have respective specialists come out and look at their specific areas of a property. I had a very well-versed friend present at the inspection who also had his doubts about our inspector. To test him, he asked him two questions about my property and whether certain things were up to code, or not. The inspector referred us to check with the city. Both things my friend asked about were NOT TO CODE, and my friend knew it. He just wanted to see if the inspector knew, and if so, if he would say it. In the end, it was an afternoon of buck passing that left me feeling like I wasted my day, and $350. He was very prompt getting his inspection report back to me, however. I did really appreciate that. But, because I could not tell what I needed to know from speaking with him, or his report, I had to hire a separate foundation inspector to come out, at yet another cost. In full disclosure, this was my first time ever having a house inspected, so maybe this is the way it goes. But, my friend (who owns many properties) told me I had a right to be upset, because he has never dealt with anything like this before, during an inspection process. My real estate agent (who was present) also went on record and said she was underwhelmed. I don't know if any of this helps, but I figured I would share.

He was very thorough and the report was very easy to read. It was worth every penny paid.

Gary showed on time and was diligent in his inspection. During the walk through, he pointed out things which would be highlighted in the report and some lesser issues which we should attend to on our own. Report was emailed with pictures a couple days later, as expected.

went well, the worker charged me as well as angies list, but the company promptly refunded me the payment and they were very nice about it and apologetic. will use again if needed. great company and staff.

It went extremely well from the time I set the appointment to the time they delivered a comprehensive report of their findings. I had called around to various companies and there were only a couple that services the exterior of a complex. They were extremely knowledgable and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

I booked an appointment quickly and easily. The person I spoke to at the booking was very friendly and kind and told me what to expect in terms of price and the average lenght of the inspection. My appointment was booked with Michael Parks but Arman Shahenian is who actually conducted the inspection. Arman was on time and quickly got to work. As a woman buying my first home it was important to me that the inspector be thorough but also able to answer my questions in a non technical manner that I could understand. Arman was great in this respect, friendly, fast and thorough. My inspection was done in about a hour and Arman didn't uncover anything too scary other than everything was original to the 30+ year old unit and would need replacing sooner rather than later. I appreciated that he was able to share how easily things like the water heater (which is oddly located on the roof!) and the HVAC would be to replace and also an approximation of the prices involved to get those things done. The complete report was very complete and full of lots of photos and details and was emailed to me in about 24 hours. I wouldn't hesitate to use this group again.

Our inspector took the time as they always do and answered each and every question that our 1st Time Home Buyers had asked. Our buyers never went through this process and were very happy with this part of their home buying. Gary our inspector pointed out all the items on his list and walked each point to explain to our clients what to expect and gave opinions on what needed attention and what did not. He sent them a very detailed report in "Home buyer's" language the same day. We have used Advanced Group Property Inspection Company for years. We always receive the best service and all of our clients love them as well.

They are a really great home inspection company. The thing which stands out about them is their clarity, description of issues, the number of photos they take and the quick turnaround of their reports. They are honest and can describe the issues in a reasonable way. They are consistent, reliable very professional and perform good work. I would use them again in the future.

On time. Very professional. He went over all aspects of the house and answered any questions I had. The final report came via website access and was very detailed with all recommended actions clearly highlighted. Lots of pictures in the report help to document the condition and concern.

Overall, very satisfied customer. Professional service at a fair price. Not cheap, mind you, but fair. Been in house for nearly a month now, and only problems that have surfaced are those that we were warned of by the inspector.

They are efficient, and they are the best. They are very thorough and accommodating in regards to scheduling appointments and keeping track of the time that they are going to be meeting me. They are very informative. Everybody seems to be very aware of construction, understanding of building codes and so on and so forth. Their price is very fair.

I called Monday, and spoke with a smart, helpful young woman. She was polite and knowledgeable. Fred arrived on time and ready to go Thursday. His report was accurate and complete. He was kind and personable. Overall a success.

We are going to get a full report later on, but so far we are very pleased with his knowledge and demeanor. He didn't get nit-picky about things that don't apply, and we thought he was very good.
