Ed and his assistant wasted no time getting on the problem after they arrived. He saved me a ton of money by finding a hidden damaged condenser wire instead of telling me I needed a brand-new A/C unit. Ed did a fine job explaining everything to me and showing me various elements of the repair work. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Ed is awesome! Hottest day of the year, called him and he got right back with me. Fit us into his schedule that day. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The price was fair, with no hidden cost. Ed Roche was everything you can want in a Pro. He came on time, and was very considerate with us, and did not charge us when he found out that the cause of our troubles were very minor. We have dealt with a lot of pros through the years of owning our home, and our experience with Patriot Energy is one of the better ones. Ed came on time, and was very considerate. Upon inspection, he found that the problem with our system was very minor. He did not charge us for the visit, and even took the time to instruct with system maintenance. He answered all of our questions, and even gave us free tips regarding our other concerns. He never gave us the feeling of a pro taking advantage of a customer's inexperience. Omg is all I have to say!! Ed from Patriot Energy is so awesome! I sent an email at 4am to home advisor because I was melting it was so hot in my house. Naturally I thought I am going to have to deal with this heat for at least 2 days because it is Sunday morning and no way is anyone going to come out on a Sunday, boy was I wrong! Ed texted me at noon and said I'm in your area if u want me to come check out ur A/C. I was like awesome come by when u can! So bottom line he was able to fix the problem bam we have A/C! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need. He went above and beyond and made some minor tweaks on things that someone else would have probably over exaggerated and charged me an arm and a leg for. His prices were very affordable and he was very honest with me and told me a few things I could do on my own. Thanks for helping my family and I stay cool through this nasty heat wave that's coming our way!!

Ed the owner of Patriot Energy, runs a business from a place of care,concern, and honesty. I will hire him again and again and highly recommend Patriot Energy. The world needs more honest business owners like Ed and Patriot Energy! Ed immediately responded with a phone call to inquire about my service needs/issues. (This was a Sunday might I add) He then set up a time the following day to come by and do a free inspection/estimate of the issue. He showed up on time and quickly got to work on figuring out the issue with my AC Unit from 1982... He called me from the roof and sent me photos of the freon leak that was driving my electric bill out of control. He broke it all down into understandable terms with photos for me so I could make a knowledgeable decision of how to proceed. He cleaned the unit, fixed the leak, and added 4lbs of freon. After all that, he took the time to check my thermostat also from 1982 and it was taking over twenty minutes to register a 1• change in temperature. Which was causing my AC to stay on and work longer than necessary, adding to my astronomical electric bill. He then went over thermostat options in three price ranges, never stressing or making me feel the more pricey is the better option. In the end I went with the nest because he told me there was a rebate offering. We set up a time to install the nest 2 days later, because I was not available the following day. The install was quick and his pricing was MORE than fair! I truly can not stress enough what a reliable businessman and wonderful experience I had with Ed and Patriot Electric!!

The AC broke in my house and I needed a new AC company as I bought this home as REO. I've searched best AC company in La Mirada area and found Patriot Energy. It was late at night on Sunday(!) and the owner Ed answered my call and came within few minutes and diagnose coil unit leaking badly, we scheduled it for the few days later due to order coil part. They(Ed the Owner, Michael technician) were punctual and assessed the problem and did the repair work promptly and had the AC up and running with no issues. They were very professional and reasonable in terms of pricing and quality of services, I will be using them going forward. I am very impressed and I highly recommend them.

Just a good business if you need anything for Air Conditioning or refrigeration they are the best.

Ed was excellent. He explained what was wrong, showed me the issue & installed a new upgraded thermostat. He has to return to do additional repairs on the A/C compressor but he never tried to upsell me on a new compressor unit. I'm confident that the job will be done correctly and I would recommend Ed because he was honest and his service was great.

Ed just installed a brand new HVAC in my house. he was able to come right away and provided excellent service and a good price. Ed is a stand up person and him and his team go well above and beyond, even as far as to fix things that were not included on the bid. They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, they completed on time, and every day they work, they cleaned up very well after, no mess in the house. They will stay till the job is done, they don't cut corners, very thorough. Ed Also provided very helpful tips to keep the unit in good order as well as making it more efficient and trouble free. They are definitely 5 starts and would recommend to anyone, we will always use Patriot Energy in the future.

My unit had been totally messed up by a previous HVAC guy, and he was able to come in and repair it so I wouldn't have replace it. He's very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him.
