We were very satisfied with this initial cleaning, and with the subsequent visits. The crew is thorough; the house looks great! The proprietors are friendly and professional. I appreciate their use of non-toxic cleaning agents.

So far everything has been very good. I felt that I could trust them, and they took care of the cleaning without my being there. I felt comfortable giving them my key and alarm code, and I have been happy with their work.

It has worked out fine for us. We were quite happy with them. I like that they have a crew of three people, and they are in and out in less than two hours, with the exception of the first clean. It is very convenient, and they are pretty thorough. They call to let us know if they might be early or late. They are very pleasant and respectful, and they have worked out well for our situation.

oo expensive for an initial cleaning. I have had other companies quote much lower prices, and they weren't willing to budge. I only went with them because the other companies did not have time available. Also, she came almost 20 minutes late for the consultation to give me an estimate.

The crew was punctual, professional, friendly and fast! They showed up on time, got right to work. I will use them regularly from now on, they're the best! I have always cleaned my own house and these folks did a better job than I could have done in less than 1/2 the time.

I needed a thorough, large, one-time cleaning job as a present for my sister; I was visiting from Boston and didn't know where to start so I looked on Angie's List and found Magic Touch Cleaning. They were prompt and responsive to my inquiry and we easily came to an agreement on the cost of the job. The team arrived promptly on schedule and the results were fantastic. I cannot recommend Magic Touch Cleaning highly enough and wish I could take them back home with me! Everything was spotless; dirt, dust and mold were gone, appliances and fixtures sparkled, windows and blinds shone, carpet looked new. A+++!!!

They are excellent, they are the best. They come on a short notice if I need help for special occasion. Whenever I need any special jobs done like Owen cleaning, window cleaning and that kind of stuffs they do that as well. They do the work very inexpensively and very cheerfully. They are also very honest and always punctual. They do the general house cleaning and always do an excellent job. I am very pleased with them.

They were great. They even cleaned my bird cage for me. They come biweekly for $100 a visit. The first time I was charged $200.

I left a message on their voice mail on 9/19 stating that I was looking for a new house cleaner; they never returned my call.

Three individuals came to our home and performed the service. They seemed to be in a rush and hurried through the house. They completed the housecleaning but were not very open to input on areas in the bathroom that were missed. I thought $150 was a lot for cleaning our home but they were so highly rated that I figured it was worth it for the initial cleaning. The original plan was for them to come back every other week. We paid the $150 for the initial cleaning but never heard from them again. After this experience I was hesitant but I found other individuals to clean our home for $100. We are very satisfied with our new housecleaners.

The Magic Touch teams did a great job at both locations. In particular, the move-out project was pretty intense, and they did a superb job. Both teams were skilled, professional, punctual, and very friendly. In talking to Stephanie, the scheduler, the only negative aspect I can comment on is that I sense their booking gets challenging. The client can get the impression that they have a hard time fitting jobs in or at least they get anxious about getting jobs in the right locations at the right time to lessen their need for crisscross travel. But the bottom line is that they're fabulous and hope to use them again. Super!

Overall, we have retained their services for bi-monthly cleaning. The rate given was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Magic Touch to other seeking housecleaning services.

I was very impressed with their level of professionalism at first, and then again with their overall service. When I called their service, Stephanie set up an initial appointment for the following Saturday, and the team (also her family) were right on time. After looking at the house and asking me several questions regarding my preferences, they gave me a quote and I set up an appointment for the following week. On the appointment day, they were right on time and finished the job in under 2 hours. They did a wonderful job with the kitchen and bathrooms and the rest of the house was spotless. They even remembered the special requests that I had given them during the initial appointment. I am now using them on a monthly basis.

I talked to Stephanie who arranged to have someone come out for an estimate the following day. She explained it was a family business and someone from the family would always be present. Her mother and brother came a little after the appointed time (they called and said they were a little lost in my confusing neighborhood). The estimate was higher for the first cleaning. I asked them to come every two weeks; the price for that was $70. When I came home from work, I was amazed at how much they had done. Everything looked great, even the fiberglass shower floor was pretty clean after I had tried everything. They also made the stainless sink look like new, something I never could do. They just finished the second cleaning and I am very satisfied with their work.

The estimate appointment for a Tuesday was canceled and changed to Saturday since they would be in the area that day. He arrived quite close to the appointment time of 2 pm. We walked through the house to give him a feel of the work involved. He quoted a first job price and a lower figure for later cleaning. Since I would be at work when they arrived to clean, I arranged to have my daughter let him in. This worked for the first visit, but some other action will be needed in the future since she works. I came home around 6 pm and found the garage light turned on and the door to the laundry room unlocked. I will have to discuss this with him.

They do all the typical cleaning in all the rooms from the stove top to bathroom sinks, tubs, and toilets. They clean my ceiling fans each time, vacuum, dust, and mop all of the wood floors. They respond easily to requests. They were referred by a friend and now I can see why. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

The people worked very hard when they were here. They did show up on time as well. I did have to wait a week in order for them to fit me into their schedule, but that was partly my fault because I was not available on the day they could have done it for me. I did check over everything after they left and everything was satisfactory.

They did have a flat rate for this service. I know that they offer a discount if you use them regularly as well. They listened to my instructions and did a great job. There was no stone unturned so to speak in my home.

There are usually three or four people that come out, and they do an excellent job. They are easy to communicate with, and they get the job done quickly.
