Excellent! Magic Touch has worked for me since around December of 2015 and has never missed a day. If there is going to be a delay, Brian will call me beforehand and let me know. The company is a family business and it is a pleasure to have them work for me! Their workers are efficient, and so helpful. They do a GREAT job!

We were amazed, they cleaned everything , hanging lamps, baseboards, they did just what they tell you they will do. They are a family business and run very well.

We used them last August and they come regularly every two weeks. Two people come out to do the cleaning. They do it in 2 hours. The workers are very friendly. There are times where we text the owner and they come back to clean again.

They are accommodating and so far they have done good work.

Overall, the cleaning was thorough and the team was very responsive when I noticed things that weren't done quite right. But, for the price I paid in particular to have the shutters cleaned, I was not impressed. The cleaning of the shutters in particular was inconsistent-- Some looked brand new, while others still had a visible film of grime. The team re-cleaned the ones I complained about, but were getting frustrated towards the end when I would find another one not cleaned thoroughly. Again, this wouldn't have been that big an issue if the price for the shutter cleaning was more reasonable. As for the overall cleaning of the house, they did a great job. But again, there was some inconsistency in the thoroughness of the job as there were 4 people cleaning and not everyone cleans the same. In summary, I would recommend Magic Touch House Cleaners. I have used many house cleaners over the years, and have never really been satisfied with any of them. But, I was definitely the most satisfied with Magic Touch. And, Brian's responsiveness and willingness to do whatever necessary to satisfy the customer definitely puts Magic Touch over the top. I have signed on with Magic Touch for regular cleanings. I will let you know how it goes...

For the most part I was always satisfied with their work. They were always willing to do extra little things around my home.

I never said in my original review of them that they had cleaned a house for me in Palm Springs. In fact I specifically said in the second to last line of my review that I was sorry they didn't clean homes in Palm Springs because that is where we were moving TO. And in the body of my review I stated that they had cleaned the home we were moving OUT of. (That home was in Westminster). In their response they didn't want to take credit for a review they felt wasn't theirs. While I appreciate their honesty in not wanting to take credit for a cleaning they thought they didn't do, I had in fact reviewed the correct company and still have the receipt from Magic Touch for the cleaning they did. It's a shame they didn't read my review carefully. Had they done so, they would have realized I had correctly written a review for them and that they had done an excellent job for us. He was on time, well-spoken, clean, well-groomed, had a company shirt on, was polite and professional. Those are all the things I love. Every company should have employees like that. He did his evaluation quickly, wasn't pushy in the least, quoted me the price, we chatted a bit about different cleaning options that are considered extras, and then he left. As for the job they did, it was excellent. I'm a very picky person and tough to please. I can report happily that I haven't got a single complaint about this company. I'm sorry they don't provide cleaning services in Palm Springs, which is where we moved to. I would most certainly hire them again if they provided services in my new town.

I've had other cleaning companies in the past and they can't even touch this company. They are personable, thorough, professional. They text me the day before as a reminder. They text me when they are on their way. Just so professional. What I like best about it, it's a family. Unlike other services, you get a crew and maybe somebody quits or they get a new cleaner. Because it's a family, it's the same people. They get to know the house and you don't have strangers coming in your house.

It went fine. They are prompt. They are thorough and they do a great job. I use them every two weeks.

My experience with them has been good. They did what they said they were going to do. It's a little expensive for what they do.

The cleaning was punctual and thorough. Magic Touch insisted that we do a thorough check of our house before sending payment, and let them know about any issues. There were none.

We have used this company for over 2 years now and they are great. - They always leave our house in spotless condition. - They are very flexible when we have scheduling issues. - We've referred them to several friends and family members. - We have also used them for a deep clean between tenants at our rental property. - Their price is very reasonable.

They did a fantastic job. The difference in the house before and after the cleaning was impressive. It smelled clean, fresh and looked awesome. I had hired them for a cleaning a couple of years ago before kids came home from college for the holidays and they had done a superb job. I couldn't hire them on a monthly basis at the time so they just did the one cleaning. When I hired them last month for the second time, it had been a long time but their professionalism and quality of service hadn't changed. I am very impressed with their cleaning skills and the way they handle the business. They are very thorough, aim to please, reasonable and very professional. Would easily recommend them!

They were responsive, on-time and effective! They were clear about what was needed from me and my house looks so much better than it did with my previous cleaning service. Brian and his team are great to work with.

Everything from the first phone call to their finished job was absolutely perfect.....everything Brian said that they would do , they did, in a professional manner that was greatly appreciated. This is a family operation and you can tell the pride they have when they have finished and done an awesome job. Everything that we wanted done, was done, plus even more. Excellent job! The crew showed up on time and were prepared to go to work. They cleaned everything in the house and did an amazing job. Things that we thought would be difficult or challenging, they made easy work of. The team worked efficiently and move everything and cleaned by hand with cloths instead of dust wands. When they were finished the house sparkled like new. All of the stainless steel looked like new as well. We were using the deep clean as a test and they passed with flying colors. We were so impressed, we requested the same crew become our regular scheduled team every two weeks.

We have had them cleaning for us for over a year now, and we are very pleased. I can depend on them, which is so important! They run their cleaning service like a business. They take direction well and are a big help to us. They are also clean and quiet. No smoking or music while they are working. They have a business number where I can leave a message or talk to someone, usually Brian, and he or his brother or someone else, returns my calls! it is a family run business and there is always someone who speakers English fluently, and very politely. That is very important to me, to be able to communicate in person and over the phone. I have been able to make changes when necessary and request special service when needed. They were a good find from Angie's List, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are very good cleaners, which is important, but they are also a pleasure to have in our home and to deal with.

I have used Magic Touch to clean my house every other week since March 2012. The cleaning team is courteous and efficient. Brian heads up the team and arrives with smile and a kind word for my elderly mother, which never fails to brighten her day. I am especially appreciative that he gets down to her level and looks her in the eye when he talks with her. He is accompanied by two or, occasionally, three women and they all get right to work, cleaning the bathroom, wiping down & polishing tables, dressers and bookcases, vacuuming & mopping floors, emptying all trash containers and taking the trash to the dumpster. If I have left my lunch dishes in the sink, they wash them for me. They work efficiently as a team and I am always pleased with the cleanliness of my home when they are done. This is a family company that takes pride in their work and I highly recommend them.

Great job! The supervisor, Brian, even showed up to work with his crew.

They did a great job. Provided a 9 person crew that arrived as scheduled and completed the work as agreed upon House was very clean. People very friendly and responsive.

I contacted Magic Touch after 2 bad "deep clean" experiences, 1 outside of Angie's list and 1 from a Big Deal (Paradise Cleaning, *horrible* service, DO NOT USE THEM!!). I saw they had high ratings and great reviews, but I was still skeptical after the previous experiences I'd had. Mauricio came out and did a walk through with me, explaining what they'd be cleaning and how much it would be. I scheduled him to come out a couple of weeks later. He showed up on time with his team and we quickly reviewed what they would do and I left. Mauricio called me a half hour before they finished so I could come back and take a look at their work while they were still there. I was absolutely delighted with the job they did! Unlike the last time when I immediately started pointing out things that *weren't* done, I started pointing out things that I was surprised they *had* done! Everything looked great and I honestly only found 1 thing that wasn't quite right, but it was easily taken care of. Mauricio and his team did an excellent job and I'll be hiring Magic Touch on a regular basis to do my cleaning!

They were very good. I gave them a check though and did not get a receipt. I sent an email requesting one. Anyway, they did a good job, they sent 8 people over! I was very happy with the results.

y.A+ for this cleaning company. They were professional, scheduled the cleaning promptly and were very polite. The house and window cleaning was thorough and included washing all the baseboards, inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. The cleaning was for a rental move-in and the house had not had a real cleaning in many years. The wood floors now shine and everything looks sparkling clean. Terrific cleaning and customer service - highly recommend this company.
