I have used this company a total of three times and have been happy every time. The crew really does excellent work. After they were finished cleaning it was like my house was new. They really do fantastic job.

They sent 6 people in who worked for 3.5 hours and did a great job. also focused on little areas ignored by prior service. Only had the one cleaning so far and will be using them on a regular basis every other week.

Our experience with Magic Touch was extremely positive. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with the day of the walk through and the day of cleaning was exceptional. Everyone was great! They were detailed and were very considerate of time constraints and getting the job done in a timely fashion, which was extremely helpful. We also requested green cleaning for our home, which they were able to provide. This was one of the main reasons we selected them initially. We are now scheduling regular cleanings and we look forward to working with them for months to come. We would definitely recommend Magic Touch!

The process was fluid and we were happy with the results. No one will clean your house the way you want them to and while I did fine missed spots here and there, Stephanie's team exceeded our expectations.

I initially resisted hiring cleaning help for my home because I was too proud to admit I couldn't do it myself, but Stephanie immediately put me at ease by simply (and very diplomatically) saying "That's a lot of floor... quite a challenge." From there, working with them (or rather, more vice-versa) has been such a pleasure. It is obvious from their work ethic and professionalism that this is a family business in the tradition of craftsmen -- they take pride in knowing what they're doing and being good at it. Even when I've had to make a late schedule change or had difficulty meeting them halfway (e.g., getting my key to them), they've made the extra effort, and managed to accommodate me. (Not that I plan on - or recommend - making that a habit.) I've had prior experience with home cleaning help, and although there may be others that may be marginally more thorough, their speed and efficiency can't be beat, and a crew of three come for less than what I've paid for a crew of two. The assurance of knowing that they're insured, bonded, bilingual, scrupulously careful about security, and that a family member always accompanies the crew are (of course) invaluable, but they use non-toxic, plant-based cleaners, too! Now the caveats: Unless you're getting a "deep cleaning", hard-to-access areas, outside/back of toilet, and odd nooks and crannies won't be cleaned every time (unless you ask), and they don't do windows (good luck finding someone who does - unless that's all they do). However, when they did the initial "deep cleaning" at our place, they even cleaned the tops of the vents/vent pipes and track lights -- and I live in a loft! I think they might have even cleared some construction dust. I loved going in the bathroom to admire the clean glow (the way some men go to their garages to admire a new car). In conclusion, they definitely are a great find.

We contracted for biweekly housecleaning service and are still using it. I was very surprised at the initial cleaning fee of $300, but I had read the good reviews and was convinced to try this service. Regular biweekly service is $90. Service was/is satisfactory, however I ALWAYS have to go over what they have done (I am extremely particular, and I do not like streaks left on mirrors, and items on the shower floors not moved in order to clean under them, corners not cleaned, etc. and they always reset the celing fan remotes so they have to be fixed EACH time they are here). I have called a couple of time to let them know what they missed, and they want to know specifically what was not cleaned so they can come back and clean it. I do not have the time to deal with cleaners in this manner, I should be able to tell them that they missed some things, and not have it happen again! Then, the third time they came to clean, one of the cleaners broke a vase that we had been given for our wedding thirty years ago by my great-grandmother. I was beside myself, and all they said was go buy a new one and give us the receipt. That vase could not be replicated! I am still heartbroken! (no written apology or phone call to express regrets came from Stephanie, either!) Then came a letter at the beginning of this year stating that they will begin charging a full service fee for any cancellations or deviations from their regular schedule, and that if you have any remodeling done and don't want the service for an extended time, you either pay for the service like it was being done, or you start all over with the $300 fee when they return. It seemed extremely harsh and as if they would not be able to accommodate any kind of deviance from THEIR schedule. But the reason I am finally getting around to writing this review is that we were called by Stephanie (owner) this week and told that we never paid for one of the days in November that they were here. She said the date was November 8th (they were here on the 5th, and I have the cancelled check!). I told her about the cancelled check, and. . .get this. . .she said I HAVE TO SEND HER A COPY OF THE CANCELLED CHECK! I am incensed! That is not the responsibility of the customer. I'm sorry her bookkeeper is incompetent, but that's really not my problem. These people have left with a check in their hand EVERY TIME they have been here! I am currently waiting for a return phone call from Stephanie, she had said she would return my call at 5 p.m. It is not well past 8. Don't think she's going to call!!

Very nice, friendly folks, very thorough and always bring a team to get down quickly. I have them come twice a month and they save me a lot of time.

Stephanie Lara one of the family members was quick to respond to my email inquiry. She came out to the house and I showed her around and she gave me a quote of $395. I kind of said "WOW that is a lot" but after being out of the house for 6 months I knew that it needed to be brought back up to par. Upon my return home from the "BIG CLEAN" the first thing I always due is run my hands on top of the plantation shutters. Sure enough not just dust but CAKED ON dust. They did not even wipe the top. Sorry major pet peeve here. If you are going to wipe something down and charge me just shy of $500 to do it....please do it well. I politely sent an email and it was explained to me and in all fairness they were running out of light and it was hard to see. All the lights are not back in the house yet. So Stephanie said she would send another crew back out and I did not mention in the first part that I have been flexible with them on punctuality on the first clean and the second re-clean. So on the second time around we got a little better. I said to myself "Hey this may take some time let?s give them one more shot." I purposely did not call them as I wanted them to call me. I want people to work for us. I don?t beg these days as I have friends that would clean my house in today?s economic climate. I received an email yesterday to see if they could clean today. I once again told Stephanie that the floors really need some help as they were new stone and still had tape gunk on them in some places. I explained a mop would not work that someone had to physically scrub it off or the dirt would just keep building up. Also note Stephanie knows that by now I check ledges i.e. pictures on the walls, shutters for dust. I am not a superficial kind of cleaner. I arrive home today and ask my mother in law how the house cleaning went ( she cares for our son) and she said better she thought except for the rug......huh the rug.....what the h*** now. She said she asked if they cleaned under rugs. I said ?OK fair enough do they" and she explained that they always roll the rugs up and mop/sweep under them. So guess where I went to the rug.........How the heck did a fruit roll up wrapper, a quarter and a paper clip all make it under the rug in less than 2 hours with nobody in the room.....Sorry but this guy is not going to be pulled under the rug by Magic Touch as I let them go today. If you are looking for that superficial clean then these are your folks. If you want deep clean....I am off to find them so if you know them let me know.

We started using Magic Touch in March 2010 after reading several reviews about the company on Angie's List. Our initial agreement was to have our house cleaned every other month. After the second cleaning, we were told that the every-other-month schedule was not going to work for the company. This was disappointing, but we decided to go ahead and stay with them for monthly cleanings. In October, I contacted Stephanie (office manager) to let her know that the quality of the cleanings was declining. She was prompt in her reply and assured me that she would share my concerns with the staff who clean my house and promised that the service issues would be corrected. Fortunately, I saw improvement after my last cleaning appointment (November). Overall, I do recommend Magic Touch because they use non-toxic products and because they are fine with having my big yellow lab around while they clean. And as other reviewers have stated, Stephanie is great. She is friendly and responds quickly to emails.

It went great! They responded quickly to my call and I scheduled service that week. They arrived on time with several workers and brought in a few more. They were here for two to three hours. Looked great when they were done. It was well worth the cost. This is the second time I have used this company. I gave then a B on quality because there were some dust bunnies under two easily movable pieces of furniture and the stove had some grease in a few of the corners. These are easy thing to miss and yes, I am very picky, so it's not so bad that I would complain but just enough so that I can't give an A on quality this time. I still highly recommend this service.

They are always on time and they are really fast and thorough.

Overall it went beautifully. Stephanie is extremely responsive and communicative. There were two or three workers cleaning quickly and efficiently. My new kitchen sparkeled and the old bathroom fixtures were really shining - didn't know they could get that clean! Great job on baseboards and did a pretty good job on the bamboo floors. Attention to detail was great - they were very thorough. I gave tips to the workers, too.

My house is full of animals and fur. I could no longer keep up. The three man team came in and cleaned from top to bottom on the initial visit. They started the minute they walked in the door and worked at full capacity for three solid hours. No more cobwebs, fur on the furniture, or fingerprints on the doors. Kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. Very professional and courteous.

Not only did they do an excellent job in cleaning our homes (my mother's and mine) here in Leisure World, but they were very nice people to deal with. It is family owned and operated which was a definite plus in my opinion. Stephanie came out first and gave us an estimate and told us what we could expect and when her brother and two other people arrived they were friendly and very efficient, taking the time needed to complete their work. Both of our homes were spotless in less than 4 hours. I am looking forward to them returning every 4 weeks and I know this will be a long term business relationship.

Stephanie's company did a superior job. They cleaned just everything--blinds, two main windows inside and out, ceiling fans, tubs, door frames, and on and on. While they're a bit more than other companies, I would feel comfortable having them in my home w/o supervision. The peace of mind is worth the slight extra cost. They were friendly to my dog who immediately stole a duster. It's a family-run company meaning a family member is part of the crew, so thoroughness is valued. I highly recommend this company.

We moved into our first home just a little over a year ago and literally moved in the same day that the sellers were moving out and between trying to get things unpacked; trying to upgrade this 1962 home and the basic fact that I just didn't have the energy to do the deep cleaning I needed, I decided to give Magic Touch a try. I've had disappointing experiences with other cleaning services and was leary about trying one more but I needed help. Stephanie was wonderful from the start. She came to my house and told me what would be done and gave me the quote of $380.00. Even though that sounded high to me, when she explained what would be done during the cleaning process and considering that I have paid at least 3/4 of that for other cleaning services that didn't provide as much as Magic Touch would, I happily agreed. Well, the Magic Touch crew just left and I am extremely satisfied! They were thoroughly professional; brought all their own equipment and went straight to work. My shower stalls and bathrooms sparkle; the floors in each room shine; blinds are clean; fans and furniture are dusted; doors, baseboards, walls and cupboards have been wiped down; stained sinks are suddenly stain-free; the kitchen looks wonderful... they even took out the trash and made the beds. In fact, they even cleaned under the beds! I could go on to describe more of what was cleaned but suffice it to say that I would recommend Magic Touch highly to anyone who needs a housecleaning service!

They are an excellent provider and a small business. We are pleased wit hither work and they "fit just like a glove". Their conscientiousness is the reason they are so good and offer competitive prices. They are better than some of the francises in pricing.

It's an ongoing monthly service that they have. They are extremely flexible with scheduling. I have an appointment and I can't get home this week so they are very good about rearranging. They do a thorough job and they are friendly. I have looked at other companies that are a little bit less pricewise, but I like the quality of work Magic Touch does and I like the kind of reputation that they have.

when i first called Spephanie answered the phone and set up the date to come give me the estimate. She explained to me that we may be out of there service area but said she would come give me an estimate and let me know. The appointment was set up for saturday at 10 am and she and her mother arived right on time even though it was raining that day. I got the estimate and she said they would come out and service me. It was a big job with lots of cleaning and windows that needed to be cleaned realy bad. On monday at 11:00 am sharp the cleaning crew showed up right on time. The crew was headed by stephanies father who is also the owner (truly is a family business) they came in and got to work. worked hard and fast and in no time at all had my house spotless, Windows sparkled and every thing was perfect. Magic Touch has the magic touch and when i get my new place i hope that i will be in there service area and use them more often.
