Fantastic service. Punctual. Friendly. In and out in an hour and a half. First floor with a full garden around the house and they didn't muss up the flowers or the interior areas. I would use this company again and tell everyone to try them out. Very reasonable for 15 windows. Love it.

The gentleman arrived on time and did the work in about one and a half hours. My only reservation was that they use detergent and detergent always leaves a residue. I once used a company that used only water to clean. I liked the result better. But of course I paid a lot more. I would recommend this company for a adequate job at a good price. I never had my place cleaned for so little money.

The result was outstanding! We had not seen the house so clean since the day we moved into it, about 45 years ago. It sparkled. Even the walls looked cleaner, although they had not been touched. Kitchen and bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned, including appliances. (We could almost see our reflection in the interior of the microwave.) Tile floors were made spotless: even scratches in vinyl tiles were made almost invisible by thorough cleaning. Carpets were vacuumed, surfaces were dusted, baseboards were cleaned .. this list is incomplete. It's hard to think of anything they DIDN'T clean. They were a bit late in arriving, but this was due to map difficulties. Our street is a hard-to-find cul de sac, near a street with a very similar name which does not connect to our street. Now that they know where we are, I'm sure they'll find us on time in the future. I had read prices in other reviews of this company, so I knew what to expect. Our estimate was actually a little lower than I had expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. The work performed was definitely worth the money. We will gladly continue to use this service. .

I don't have any complaints, they did a phenomonal job and it was very detailed. I would use them again.

Magic Touch has been cleaning our condo since June, 2012. They did a whole house initial cleaning that was very thorough. After that we signed up for once every 4 weeks cleaning. They are always professional and very efficient. Three people usually show up and always one of the three is a family member of the company.

It went extrememly well. The crew was professional, prompt and thorough.

You guys rock! We got a bunch of people around Aliso Viejo area to come quote, many never returned calls (rude) and the others that showed up just weren't very friendly and looked down upon our apartment as being beneath them. These guys offered us a decent price for a weekly clean, which is exactly what we needed. We've just had a baby and with me working Mum just needs a break from the cleaning for a while, and these guys come in and get our whole place spotless in under an hour, amazing. And the price is just want we wanted. Very accommodating and professional, Magic Touch has made our lives easier. I don't want to put the price we pay (which is why it says $1) as we came to a very good arrangement where I took a large initial clean and will get that redone every few months so I can have a smaller less expensive clean each week.

Used him twice. He insisted that he was "fitting" me into his rotation from the first time I contacted him. Um...ok, thanks for letting me know... On the 2nd scheduled cleaning date and time came around (now would be the third visit overall), he called last minute to say he could not make it because they were running too late and would not be able to spend enough time and didn't want to have to rush. I accommodated and agreed to move to whenever it "fit in his next opening". When I was ill on the upcoming day and asked if he could fit me into to an opening another time that week, he said no and that he would not be able to consider it until the next time I was supposed to be on his rotation, which wasn't for another 2 weeks. This is all after I had used him the first time and had to clean up after he left!! His people did not move any furniture such as chairs to vacuum and just dusted around items instead of picking up papers and items in order to dust. On his second visit, he broke a vase. Then told me he wouldn't charge me extra for changing the sheets on the bed since he broke a vase but in the future he would have to charge me an additional $5.00 per bed. What house cleaning service doesn't change the sheets?!!!?!? Overall, bad experience. Too many other options out there that are licensed, professional and polite.

The contact persons are Stephanie, Bryan, Mauricio, and Patricia. I chose them because of their pricing, their responsiveness, and when they came out I felt very comfortable with them in my house. The price I paid was definitely adequate for the service they provided. I like everything that they do, and everything has been great so far.

We have Magic Touch come every other week to clean our home and have been doing so for over a year. During this time we have had construction and various home improvement projects they have had to work around, as well as clean up after. Each time they do a great job. Our only notable issue in the whole time we've used them is some confusion over scheduling, likely our fault for not confirming appointment dates when holidays come up. We always get a call letting us know when the schedule may need to change (which is rare), mostly due to holidays. We just don't always write it down... We've had a few other cleaning companies in previous apartments/homes, but Magic Touch puts them to shame. Easily the best, in my opinion.

Extremely prompt and courteous! Spoke with someone over the phone about the services I required. Brian came out to my house and gave me a free estimate without any pressure or upsale! I am very happy with the provided service. They were very prompt and super nice! Would definitely use them again!! A+

Their service is excellent; I have had other cleaning services that have done damage to my house but so far they have been really careful with my stuff. They do a really good job of cleaning and I have no complaints. I think they come on time and I will use them again in the future.

I found this company on Angie's list and contacted them to inquire about house cleaning. I called twice and left messages and never received a return call.

The interial cleaning was $130.00 and I chose to have them clean monthy for $90.00 every 30 days. My condo was recently remodeled so everything is new, floors, paint, bathrooms, carpet, and funiture. This month will be the third time they we be cleaning and my place still looks brand new which is what I expected. I trust them with a key so they can clean while I'm at work. I've had no issues with the short time they have coming. I hope they keep up the good work.

They are a bit pricey. I will be continuing to use them in the future.

Whoever answers the phone is too hard to deal with and rude. I will never use them again.

Stephanie and 2 other workers arrived on time and began work immediately. They cleaned the windows and screens, inside and out. They were quick and left the surrounding areas clean. It took only 2 hours which was what was estimated. I was pleased with the results. My windows were really dirty and now I can see out of them. I won't wait so long the next time! Stephanie and her were friendly and professional.

I have used Magic Touch since we moved to our new home in 2009. They are always friendly, on time, quick and they do a great job! We usually get the same crew of 2-3 people each time, so they have become a bit like family to us. They are trustworthy and completely professional. Unlike another company I used years ago, they rarely call to switch your scheduled time unless it is completely necessary. And if I ever need to fit in an extra cleaning, like during the holidays or after a party, they are always able to accommodate me in a timely manner. We seriously love Magic Touch and couldn't go without their services!

We contacted magic touch to do house cleaning in our home. They say there company is a family business, yet there are young workers cleaning the house that spoke no english what so ever and were not family members. The father of the young woman who runs the business is very thorough and nice, but as time went on he wasn't able to make the cleanings because of medical issues in the family. The young cleaning ladies were very quick and did not do the cleaning as promised which was agreed on in the begining. As time went on we had to watch them and tell them what to clean. We addressed the woman the runs the business and she agreed that the items weren't being cleaned as promised. We decided to give them another try and they presented us with a contract containing cancellation fees and strict guidelines of scheduling. Having 3 surgeries in a period of 6 months I had to cancel a cleaning date on my surgery day and we were charged 20 dollars to cancel. This is obserd we called and they were not willing to budge...ridiculous we fired them.

Magic Touch Cleaning is family owned and operated. Each cleaning team is led by a family member so they have a stake in how well the cleaning is done. They all speak English but the team leader speaks English as first language and Spanish as second. I trust them explicitly and get nothing but the best from them. Great group of people!

They were very good. They did a really good job. Three people came in and they were on time. They said that they would be at least two hours but they were more than that. They came out and gave out the estimate. They cleaned up very well and I was very satisfied.
