Description of Work: They replaced the flat part of our roof that always had a problem with leaks. Now 4 rain storms in and zero leaks. Awesome!!! They will be doing the peaked part when the time comes for that.

Description of Work: I sent an email to this roofing company. There was no phone number listed. |I got a message about 4 days later.. There was a holiday inbetween - New year's Day, however I sent my message earlier--I think on Dec. 29. I expected a reply within 24 hours. Based on their tardy response, I did not use them.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak. Replaced bar over door. Reworked shingles and sealed. Never met them, I wasn't there.

Description of Work: They replaced tiles that were broken during a termite tenting of our house. They were excellent in every way.They communicated well, were punctual, did excellent work, and left things clean. It was very low hassle for me. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Roof tuneup. The owner, Bill Jordan, kept the appointment and actually had a crew out the same day. Excellent result.

Description of Work: Repaired earthquake damaged roof. Gave us quotes as to the type of repair that could be done as opposed to just saying we needed a new roof (roof is tile and over 28 years old) to make sure we understood all the options available to us.

Description of Work: We have had leaks in the crawlspace over our garage for years whenever it rains hard. We have had people out to check the roof, the siding, the windows over the garage, and anything else we could think of. We hired Jordan Roof to investigate and mitigate the problem. First, we were expecting a weekend of heavy rains and I called them on Friday. They came out that afternoon, found the problem and tarped the problem area for the weekend. They came out again on short notice the following week, removed the tarp and completely caulked the problem area. The second time out, they also helped identify and fix another problem area. We have yet to see if their long-term fixes will work, but I would not hesitate to call them again, even if we have problems in the same area. They were extremely responsive, punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Our experience with Jordan Roof is 100% positive. I would absolutely hire them again and encourage others to do so as well. They were knowledgeable, timely, professional, responsive to inquiries, had excellent follow-through, friendly, very reasonably priced, showed great attention to detail AND they had integrity. We had attained seven other bids and Jordan Roof Company was hands-down the most professional (for a variety of reasons). Their pricing was very competitive and fair. We had heard a number of stories that did not shine a positive light on roofers in general so our plan was to watch whomever we hired very carefully to make sure we weren't ripped off. Honestly, after communicating with Jordan Roof Company, we didn't feel the need AT ALL to be on top of them. Once their crews showed up and began work, we were relieved of any burden. They were that great ! We both honestly trust them. Thanks Jordan Roof for the sense of calm we had because of your theexcellent performance during the entire re-roofing process. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

Description of Work: Jordan Roofing was very responsive to the request for a quotation and Bill Jordan sat down with me and provided several options. In addition, Bill noted where my existing roof was not in code (and he provided a fix). In addition, after inspecting the roof, Bill pointed out several areas that were not up to his quality standards and included those in the repair estimate. His crew arrived right on time, were very professional and completed the work two days early. They cleaned up, organized the inspection and did a great job overall. I had several question regarding the quotation and Bill responded immediately with clarity. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing.
