Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company.

The most responsive and professional service I’ve seen in a long time

I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result

We have a historic home and there was additional care required to replace siding beneath the roofing material at the eaves. The team at Jordan roof completed the entire job in only 4 days, they fixed up our dormer which had shingles that had deteriorated, and repainted some of the shingles. Our home looks better than ever! Great responsiveness, fair pricing, and high quality work.

I decided to give this company a try even after reading the reviews stating Jordan didn't show up for the scheduled quote. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading their response for missing the appointment. I contacted the office and asked for a Saturday appointment. Heather said that they didn't normally do quotes on Saturday, but would see if a tech would make and exception and she would call me back in a day or two. No return call. That should have been my first clue. No return call and no Saturday appointments. Doesn't seem like they really want your business. I called again and spoke to Bill and he said he would call me back by the end of the day. He did and we set up an appointment for Saturday at 7:00 am at my rental property. The Friday before the appointment I called the office to confirm that the tech would be out the next day. They confirmed Paul would be out to do the quote the next day at 7. My husband and I were at the rental property at 6:45 am. We waited until 7:30 am and I called the office to see why the tech hadn't arrived. Got their answering machine and left a message. They never returned my call. Tech was a no show. To date I haven't heard from this very unprofessional company. I will take the F ratings others list in their reviews much more seriously in the future. So much for giving someone the benefit of the doubt. I sure hope if you hire them they do a better job on your roof than they do on their quotes (or lack of quotes). They are not people of their word.

I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge.

Tim arrived from Jordan Roof Company and he was most helpful. He assured me the rain drops I had previously heard were not falling on my former fan, but on the T-shaped vent on the roof and their echoes were heard down the duct to the ceiling area of the fan. He also looked at the old fan and surrounding wood pieces that had some minor water damage, and he felt it was from minor water entering from side winds in a big storm, and there was no water danger to my attic without the old duct in place temporarily until a new fan is installed.. He offered install of a new screened vent to prevent animals from entering the vent, but I declined because my handyman had installed the screen from the old fan over the roof vent opening as a temporary measure, and it seemed to be a good fix for now. Tim agreed and thought it was a smart solution. Tim impressed me as a sincere, upright and honest business person, no hard sell, understanding, cooperative and helpful, and I take that as representative of Jordon Roofing. He said his owner had recently purchased their building, and I see that as the owner's dedication to his work. After many years as a licensed roofing contractor since 1981, he was still investing in his business by making this property purchase. Tim said his organization is faith based, which to me underscores his honest and open approach. I would contact this company again with no hesitation. They even have a physical Garden Grove address and an actual person answers their phone, which means a lot to me in this day of PO Box addresses, voice messages, and recorded voicemail responses, involved in contacts with some other companies. Knowledgeable and good people!

The job went extremely well. Jordan Roof was professional and easy to work with. I am very happy with the work. Our roof looks great! Even the small details, like painting the vents and piping were remembered. And the office staff were very helpful with planning and coordinating all of the work.

The inspection and estimate were completed in a timely manner and the work was done on schedule and in a very professional manner. Two man crew spent about 4hours doing the repair as described. The leak was fixed and I am pleased. The price was higher than I expected, but it was the lowest of three Angie's List contractors so I am satisfied.

Don't know, tiles replaced but hasn't rained yet.

The phone appointment was made and was kept. The office was great. Roofer came on time. Was very professional, and price was less than anticipated. It came to $300 and that included the purchase of the roof tile, other materials for the replacement, and extra roof tile if there is a need down the road.

At first I was told that it would be a few weeks before they could even look at it due to all the recent rain. But there was a break in the schedule and they came out, did an estimate, and worked me into the schedule so we could close our sale on time. Very happy with everything from scheduling, estimate, follow-up, and wok performed.

The work went very well. Due to rain, we had to delay the work, but workers came to cover the house with a heavy plastic which prevented further leaking till the new roof was installed.

Everything went completely as planned and we're very happy. Jordan Roof Company was recommended by our neighbors who also have a Spanish Style home and barrel tile roof. They were out, very professional, and did such a wonderful job of matching the tiles and completing the work that you cannot tell where the skylight was. In addition, they also repaired broken tiles and removed mud and debris that had accumulated on the roof over the previous twenty years before we purchased it. In addition, they painted vents on the roof to match our tile color. They were great, and we'd highly recommend them, and have used them since.

Jordan Roof Company did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule within a week, and from previous work they've done for us we knew we could trust them not to mess up our roof. We were having a new furnace put in the attic, and it needed a new roof vent that would also allow air to be drawn-in as well as exhausted, due to the high-efficiency burning furnace not being able to draw enough air from the existing roof vents. We told our HVAC contractor that we didn't want them on our roof, and let us know when Jordan Roof should show up to perform the work. Everything went as scheduled, and it was great to know that the work was done properly so we won't have any leaks as winter (and weather) returns to SoCal.

They did a great job and I would recommend them for any roofing work. All in all I am very satisfied with their performance. They appointed Jaime Martinez as the lead who has been a roofer for several decades and is a true professional. Their office staff is also responsive.

They did a great job. I wish I would have a had a little more time so that I could redo the woodwork. I kind of felt like I was holding them up to do so.

Bill came over to my Mom's house and did a complete inspection of the roof. My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come. Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me. He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof. I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks. I have so much respect and appreciation for Bill and Jordan roofing, that when either I or my family needs a roof, I will use them !! And I will recommend them to my friends !!

They did a great job. They took the picture first and then took a picture when the work was done. I am very pleased with work. They were prompt.

About 15 or 15 days ago I set an appointment for 8:00 a.m. to 9: 00 a.m. for Jordan Roof Company to come to our commercial building to provide a quote for roof repair or rebuilding, depending upon what it required to no longer leak when it rains.. Two days ago by phone we confirmed the appointment for this morning. This morning, after driving over 20 miles to get to the building by 8:00 a.m., I waited from 8:00 a.m. until 9:35 a.m. for Jordan Roof Company to arrive. They never did. No one ever called to say they would be late or that they couldn't make it during the time they agreed to arrive. I called their office at 9:30 a.m. and the very polite receptionist had no explanation. I left because I had scheduled tasks and appointments in South County. Business must be very good to do that to a potential customer in these days of pre-El Nino. Very unprofessional customer service caused me to drive over 40 miles for nothing and to be stood up. I will use a different roofing company

I have signed a contract with them; they told me a tentative date (when I spoke to Bill Jordan) for around the end of November, and I received a contract in the mail from them requesting a signature. They told me they have to have a contract before they can put us on the schedule, so we signed the contract and faxed it back to them and have found out that the date has been pushed back to the end of December. I signed the contract initially and sent the contract in and asked for an approximate date, and he initially told me they were scheduling us towards the end of November. We faxed our copy back in so we could be put on the schedule, and mailed a hard copy as well. I asked for a signed copy of the contract with a representative signature, but again it didn?t have the approximate dates on the contract and so we asked for it again and received another contract with some additional wording that had the approximate dates but said ?weather permitting?. Now I have a copy with the dates and additional wording that wasn?t on the contract we signed, and I would just like to get the work done closer to the dates Bill said, rather than December 28th. We?re worried about this because of a potential weather situation with El Nino, as we have an old roof and we?re both retired seniors. It?s a small house and a relatively small contract and we would like to have them work on getting us in there earlier, closer to the end of November or earlier if possible. We do understand that these are approximate dates, but the first date Bill mentioned is around the end of November and we would like to see it closer to then or even earlier if they can fit us in.
