They were a referral from my neighbor, so I called them on March 30 to make an appointment to get a filter installed on my tankless water heater. I might be mixing the names up, but I spoke with Dave in the office and he transferred my to the plumber Johnny. I was happy with the price Johnny quoted and he was going to tell the office to call me to schedule an appointment. I got busy and realized I still have not received a call back. I guess they don't want my business so I will need to contact another plumber.

I purchased and made an appointment, they were quick to make and confirm the appointment on one of the three days I suggested, good start! I tooks the time off from work when they were expected to arrive, they called and said they were backed up and if they could reschedule. OK? So we rescheduled for the next day. I took the time off from work, again, and the tech called that morning of the appointment and said they would not come out due to the rain and that the office would call and reschedule. Really? ok. No call, not that day or the following day, not until I contacted them. So we rescheduled for the third time, they said they would be at my home at 8am and they would call when they are on their way. I took the time off from work, again, and waited....7:30am, no call, 8am no call, 8:30am no call. That's it I'm don e waiting. Emailed Jacot through Angies list and 11 hours later, no response. I gave up at 8:50am, went outside to get in my car and leave and low and behold, JACOT is finally arriving. Poor customer service, poor response, will not use again and would not recommend.

I wasn't present when the plumber came to my elderly mother's home, but he called me to give me different options for solving the sink back-up. I opted for the more expensive fix which required that he return the next day with the necessary equipment.

I signed up for an $89 service to have them snake yard drains. They never contacted me so I got a refund.

Very professional. We have a very steep driveway and did not know that they had a trailer for their machine and could not get up driveway. He had to reschedule for the following Monday and bring extra help. They arrived on time, got everything up the hill and done in about an hour. No extra cost for the extra work it took to do the job right. Highly recommend.

We ended up using $1600 under the house. Once they were under the house, they said they might as well put the new type of plastic sewer pipes that were supposed to last a long time. They were real nice, they came out and went under the house, checked everything and got it fixed. They were wonderful, they told you what they were going to do, and they were very good. I was happy with the price because they did a lot of dirty work under there, and for that price I don't think we would get it cheaper anywhere else. They sent two guys out, and they were personable, and they enjoyed what they were doing. They did a real good job, and we don't have any more problems. They were out real quick. I don't know who told us about them, but when they came out, they were ready to work.

I had first called another company on a Friday night before Jacot Plumbing came out but they said they would not touch the job at night and their boss would call us the next morning to come out and check things out and give me an estimate on the job. By 11am I had not heard back from the other company so I searched Angie's List again and found Jacot. Chuck was out within an hour and gave me the news via phone, as we live in San Diego and our rental house is in Orange County. He had crawled under the house for which the only crawl space is inside a bedroom closet floor (making it a rather narrow opening) and had found loose drain pipes, unglued drains, re-routes all over the place, old cast iron water pipes for which some were in need of urgent replacement before they got worse. He said he could do a quick fix to unclog the drains, but I should serously consider getting the other stuff corrected soon. He was able to unclog the drains for which I and my tenants are truely gratefull for. Also Chuck honored the 10% off coupon I found on Angie's List.

Chuck was on time, discussed problem and materials required. Returned on schedule with materials. Was well prepared. Knew what he was doing. Cleaned up afterwards-Fair price, had done previous work. Covered by insurance, was impressed so used them for this job.

They were very professional. They arrived on time. They were very cooperative and were willing to do whatever we asked.

Had a slow draining toilet last week. Called a rooter service who couldn't find the problem !?!?Called Jacot today (Sunday).. they responded within an hour, cleared the drain and reseated the toilet.Clean, fast, quality work!! We have used them for years and should have called them first for this problem.Jacot has done insurance worked for us and other family members.
