Amazing! Was in and out in less than a 1/2 day.

Great. Jacot isn't cheap, but the people know their stuff - they id'd the leaky pipe and capped it on day 1, came back and rerouted the pipe a couple days later (it was hot water to a downstairs guest bathroom, so not an issue to do without for a few days). A very clean, well-done job. The plumbers (one was a member of the Jacot family) were friendly and mindful of distancing and mask wearing, and on the second visit we discovered that the company hires women - Susie was the apprentice on the job. We used to use Biard & Crockett in Orange, but they are always so busy that it takes days, even weeks, to get someone out. Jacot made sure to get to us the day we called so they could plug the leak right away. That efort was greatly appreciated.

My hose bib did not qualify for the promo. Which upon reading coupon / promo more closely, and examining my fixture, appears mine was welded and that was not covered. Plumber was very professional. Did really good work. I would hire again with closer confirmation of work to be quoted.

The faucet wasn't the problem, which I suspected was the case as I had had a part replaced in the past, but fixing the drip didn't last. The plumber first did a test to see if part replacement was the problem. He said the system needed to be bled and quoted an additional $96 beyond what I had paid for the big deal. He first had me open a faucet upstairs while the bleeding took place. What he did worked. It's now 6 months later and I haven't had a problem since.

I thought I had a faulty faucet outdoors, and the Pro who responded advised me it is an anti-backflush attachment which would entail quite a bit of work to remove, including stucco repair. Based on his insight and recommendation, I have chosen to leave well enough alone, and I am appreciative of the expert opinion rendered at no charge for the service call.

Very well done. Pricy though. $170 for the installation!

Jacot Plumbing sent out Justin Jordan and he did an excellent job. Jacot was very responsive when it came to scheduling the appointment and kept me up-to-date on the exact time Justin would arrive. Justin replaced the temp/balancing cartridge and this resolved the leak and the howling pipes. Getting access to and replacing the cartridge was made more difficult due to the custom plaster work we had to do several years ago to adapt to the fixtures we installed at that time. Justin explained the effort and risks involved in working around the plaster work and kept me informed of any unexpected issues he encountered. He was able to work around all issues and completed the work successfully. We were very satisfied with his service and will be using Jacot and requesting Justin for future plumbing needs.

Called Saturday July 15th. Was immediately asked to hold which is fine. After 2 minutes the line dropped. It will be interesting to see if they look at caller ID and call back. Not a good first impression. I called them first since they are local to me in Garden Grove. I will continue down the list.

All went well. Very professional. Pleased with the work. Highly recommend them.

They came out checked my entire plumbing for over 30 mins and let me know that it was the water meter.. They didn't charge me anything and i really appreciate the honesty. I will definitely call them any time I have a plumbing issue. thank you guys

I bought a deal for a new hose bib but the work I needed was more than the coupon covered. The plumber that came out was able to fix the problem and changed out a different hose bib so that I was able to use the coupon AND have a non leaking hose. He definitely went above and beyond.

Work was completed satisfactorily. It was a pleasure working with Jacot Plumbing.

With my hearing disability, I rely on texting and emailing. I liked what I saw for this company and was happy to see they provided for online scheduling and emailing. However, I had not received any response to my detailed email and schedule that I sent early morning of Saturday 02/18/17. I didn't expect a response before Tuesday at the latest. I am sure they may be a good company (hence the reason for overall score of C instead of F), but unfortunately they appear to not honor email dialogue. Off to find a company who is more in tune to communication technology, for which I have no choice to use as phones are not an option for me.

Great. Art came out on a Sunday and did a great job. He was friendly and professional. He snaked and blew out the drain. All is still good (a week later). The price was very fair.

This was an unexpected emergency, Eddie promptly came within a hour on a Sunday. Very professional and knowledgeable. It appears it was a bit pricey for the work done but can be attributed to an unscheduled Sunday request. Very happy with the work done.

Art came out, day after Thanksgiving, was fast and professional. He was courteous and did quality work.
