They were easy to work with, came when they said they would and got the work done in the time period they said they would.

This is the 2nd time I deal w/this company. They are always prompt, very efficient & very pleasant. From the office lady, very nice & patient, to the inspector (today it was Eddie). I also really like their contractors who did the wood repair. Jeff, one of the owners, offered me the best price out of the 3 companies I received bid from. It is always a very pleasant experience to deal with any one there.

Victor and his assistants did a great job They were very courteous and informative about the work that needed to done. Their prices were reasonable.

I have just hired them so they haven't tented the house yet however my experience so far has been wonderful. Josh our inspector was extremely knowledgeable, went the extra mile and made sure we got all the information we needed. The office staff was also very professional. I love working with them and the value for your money is great. Much better price than the big brand names and better service.

Overall solid. I was willing to pay a little more for the peace of mind of getting the job done right. Since itâ s pest control, the work is not necessarily visible. The part that I was able to see, subterranean termite control (holes drilled and patched) looked goodâ clean, evenly spaced holes patched back.

Ask for all the requisite documents for Halo and their subcontracted fumigation company during our initial interview, if using this service. Upon request, Halo reps delivered them personally and by email two days before fumigation day. Request specific and definite packing instruction ro avoid the fumigators taking extra time having to package all required items. The fumigators arrived at 1pm, 3 hours after scheduled. and certified re-entry at 2pm two days later. The treatment contract specified three days fumigant duration. The interviewer and both telephone reps were friendly, courteous, and professional in all our conversations. They were responsive whenever I broached a topic, as, in my limited experience, the subjects of legal documentation and proper houseware packaging instruction should be discussed much earlier inb the process..

Jeff Ray is one of the owner's of Halo, as well as an inspector. He was able to come out the same day as my first call. He was very familiar with VA related inspections--perfect. He also owns a construction company, and he was able to give me some pointers of needed repairs--awesome. Jeff was so cool, I invited him out to lunch after the inspection--nice! As your average paranoid consumer, I'm afraid that some inspectors provide false reports. Jeff let me tag along through the whole process, and pointed everything out that he was looking at--no surprises. Great honest service and pricing. Let's not forget the ladies in the office! Great Staff. I'm going to recommend these guys to everyone.

We checked out two termite people and the second one checked what the Halo people checked gave us an estimate more than 2X what the Halo people did. The Halo people came out the next day when we told them we wanted to do the job.

Professionalisms and excellent service!

Had very good experience from start to finish. Joshua did thorough estimate and came back to see how the tech who did the treatment was doing. Materials used were the best. I feel that my patio cover in particular will last longer now.

I had a dry rot issue on exterior crown molding that other companies had declined to work on. It required some creativity to repair without disrupting the look of the surrounding crown molding. It came out great, very satisfied.
