I had a gopher problem, and the technician was knowledgeable in the placement of the traps for best results. He was patient and explained the process. First setting of the traps; and then if needed, applying gas to the tunnels. He set 5 traps. I'm hopeful that the traps work, and we won't need to add gas to the tunnels. But whatever has to be done to complete the job will be done.

John arrived at my house on time and got right to work. After a thorough inspection of my property, he treated one area in which he found evidence of infestation. He really took his time surveying all the areas of potential infestation and explained, very well, the treatment and what to look for to check any further issues. He did a great job at a reasonable price!

I can't say enough good things about Joey, the inspector for my project. He was so helpful throughout the entire process of my termite eradication project. He patiently answered all my (many) questions. From inspection to completion, including wood restoration, Joey made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Thanks, Joey!!

Lenny, the inspector was completely thorough, he spent over an hour, inspecting our home, attic, and underneath the crawlspace areas. Other companies did not provide that in depth of an inspection. They offered us an alternate solution to tenting, which was best suitable for my family. We hired them and Derek showed up to do the work. He was also amazing, very detailed and friendly. He kept us informed of everything, and Did a summary of his work before he left.

Came out and Re inspected for termites after 1 year of treatment. Gave an all clear. Both the inspector and treatment specialist were very nice to speak to and work with!

The termite treatment has worked great. We chose the chemical treatment and it was much less intrusive than the fumigation option. Iâ ve had them come back out for spot treatments and they have very good at scheduling times, and are always on time.

They did a great job & were very knowledgeable about termite infestation & how to best take care of the problem. They were friendly and efficient.
