Josh, who did the inspection, and Corey, the technician, were both great - on time, professional, explained things well, and were personable. I was quite pleased with the whole experience.

I am 100% satisfied with Jeff's service. He responded quickly and was on time for the appointment. After doing a thorough inspection. Found termites on my balcony and attic. He sprayed both areas where he found termites. Jeff is not only professional, but he also does an excellent job.

I knew I had termites so I made appointment with the two companies home advisors recommended and two additional companies. Halo sent Josh who came and inspected my home, he wore a mask to the door, continued to be respectful. He examined inside and out, was here for some time. He then came in and told me what he had found. He told me how they would take care of my problem. They use termidor active ingredient fipronil, this product is 100% effective against dry wood and subterranean termites and not harmful to us. Within two days I was emailed a detailed complete explanation of what they would do and how they would execute each procedure. The reasons I selected Halo were, firstly they used termidor, inside and outside, secondly, they provided a detailed description of exactly what they would do, it was more extensive than any other company, thirdly Josh was considerate of me, he came to my door with a mask on, him and the nice gentleman from Cazadores termite company were only ones who came to my door with their mask on. Halo was more expensive that two of the other companies, one seemed to be just as extensive in their treatment plan, used termidor as well, but for the reasons I have stated (Josh's respectfulness and consideration), I wanted Halo to take care of my home. The price difference was almost $200.00, higher than the lowest of the two other, one I rejected because of their treatment plan, or rather their lack of one. When I called Josh to tell him I selected his company, I mentioned he was the highest no figure mentioned, he immediately took $100,00 off my price, I feel like I have my cake and got to eat it too. Cory Miller did the work. He arrived at 8 am with a mask on. He proceeded to start outside, following the request I made with their very pleasant office help. I did a bit of reading about termites ,effective treatments and procedures and since all the companies offered a 2-year guarantee, So I wanted to observe some of the treatment be aware of what was treated, how and where, so I could be more efficient in my detection during the 2 years and after for any additional needed treatment. Cory told me all questions should be asked of Josh and I was over thinking everything. I watched him outside just to see what he was going to do all around our home and make sure I understood the diagram on the treatment plan. Inside, in my kitchen, where I am daily, I love to cook, I had questions about effect and relationship of termite wood being treated and wood next to it or under it, Cory cut me off and restated all my questions should go to Josh. Problem was Josh was not there., so I stayed in the kitchen watching Cory's work. He turned up his music, rap with bad language, when I did not leave, he turned it up higher. Cory did the work and I believe he did an excellent job, but I believe he was deliberately rude to me.

Will have to see if termites have actually been stopped in the areas that were treated, but Jeff came earlier than scheduled, which was great, and he was prepared to act, not just estimate, which I also appreciated. He was helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and very polite. I also appreciated getting an appointment within the same week I called for service.

The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process and had great people skills.

We used Halo for termite extermination and control. They were fast, reliable, and trustworthy. They also guarantee the entire property, which other places like Terminix do not do. Highly recommended.

I called Halo as I needed a Pest Inspection for my VA refi. They were able to schedule as quickly as I needed. Carlos, my inspector, was very professional, courteous and thorough. The bad news was it didn't take him long to find termites, the good news was there were only very minor spots. I'm not sure HOW he managed to find such small little areas, but I'm certainly glad he was diligent and did. He gave my estimate and was able to have them schedule the exterminator for the next day (Saturday). Victor, my exterminator, was prompt, polite, professional and thorough. He treated the problem spots and the areas surrounding them efficiently and painlessly- well, painless for me anyway- I'm not sure the termites would agree! The Office Staff kept me informed and update on my report status and were able to get my report back to me in near record time. I highly recommend this company if you want professionals who treat your house as if it were thier own home, and you appreciate service that is courteous, respectful and timely. I even got a military discount! Great job guys, and thank you!

All the employees were professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered.

The tech was very professional and did his work in the time he said it would take despite the fact that our dog wanted to play with him. He let me keep her away and didn't get frustrated. Obviously I think he did a bang up job and hopefully the termites will be gone. I thank Halo for doing a good job and am looking forward to when they repair the damaged wood and my house looks as goid as new again.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and the inspector arrived on time. When the worker was on his way to our home he called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and was very punctual. The work was completed in a timely manner and we are very pleased.

Halo in itself is a great company, prompt service techs. They explain what needs to be done, show you everything they find. I gave them 3.5 out of 5 due to the subcontractor they have available for repairs. Very high prices, work is okay. I expected for $3500, replacement of entire sections of rotted wood, not three-foot sections. Now my place looks pieced together. Do not get me wrong, they were very nice and were able to do the work in a timely manner. But in all honesty, I got a $1500 job for $3500. Again not Halo themselves, halo got a 5/5 in my book. It is the subcontractor that lowered the score.
