Got four bids, and this and one other were the lowest. Needed to my house, and now I presume all the termites are gone. Inspection was done, they sub-contracted for the tenting. Very informative. Easy to schedule. Would hire them again.

I researched 11 companies for our bird problem. Halo was the only company that sent out representatives that were conscientious, listened to my concerns and gave a thorough estimate by examining the problem area in detail. The other companies either didn't call back, didn't follow through or really didn't give much creative thought to solving our bird problem. Halo worked with me, gave their expertise opinion and were flexible with unexpected glitches. Though Halo was not the cheapest, they were fair and did excellent work. We were very glad with the quality of work they performed. Hurray! No more bird problems!

Let me start this review by saying that I normally do not post reviews. I'll also say that historically, I have always found it hard to weed through service providers of any type. My wife and I realized that we had a rodent in our attic, when we heard what sounded like footsteps above our kitchen ceiling. We initially called out a local exterminator. That exterminator did not do a thorough job, at all. To make a long-story short, we wanted to have all of the soiled insulation removed from our attic, sanitize the area, kill any existing rodents, seal of any/all points of entry, and then re-install new insulation at the end of the job. Very few companies offer all of these services, but Halo is one of those few. We had four different companies come out to inspect and offer estimates. Despite the fact that Halo was not the cheapest in price (they were not the most expensive either), the reps from Halo were absolutely the most professional AND the most thorough. In-fact, despite the fact that we had called them out to address a rodent problem in our attic, the reps even inspected in the crawl space beneath our house; they were the only company to do that. Because they inspected in the crawl space, they also identified that we had subterranean termites. If Halo hadn't been so thorough, we would not have learned about that issue, probably until it was too late. Bottom line is that I'm very impressed with Halo! I will use them again in the future, if needed, and will absolutely refer them to other people that I know.

Office called to reschedule an earlier arrival tine then the first one scheduled but was about !5 minutes late I don't like people being late. He was very professional and very accurate in his drawings and his inspection and very help helpful in taking photos of areas of concern so Iknew what was going on up in the attic area

I paid for the full service to have my home sealed so that the rodents could not get in and have some traps laid to get rid of the ones that were already in the house. The workers did a halfway job of sealing some of the exterior of my home, laid down some traps and left. They were very nice while working and the receptionist was very nice when I called her back to tell her the mice were back in my house because the house was not sealed. She promised to send the worker and a supervisor back to check it out. More than a week later, two guys showed up, neither of which was a supervisor. They told me that the parts they had sealed were still sealed. That was true, but THEY DIDN'T SEAL everything even though I paid to have everything sealed. That was the problem. They did a halfway job to start with. So, during visit number two, they moved my stove out, tore my flooring, left a trap behind the stove and in two other places and left. They did not put my stove back. None of their traps has caught a single mouse, but I've seen the mice running through the room the trap is in. I'm not calling them back. What would be the point? They did a terrible job and didn't make it right when given a chance to do so. Don't waste your money.

This company cares. They came to my house, and performed a detailed assessment. Their prices were extremely reasonable. When I had them assess a couple of other things On a second visit, they did not even charge me for their service. Jeff, in particular, did a great job ! They are NOT all about the money. They are about integrity and doing a good job. I would pick the service any day the week and twice on Sunday . Extremely satisfied customer !!
