Ricardo was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. The work was done on time and the follow up visit as planned. After the termite tenting, we had an ant problem. I had asked about this prior to the tenting and was told this was a rare thing. It was an issue for us. Overall I feel Halo was well worth the money. thanks Ricardo!

Jeff the inspector was very professional and did a very thorough inspection. They also had the lowest price. When they did the fumigation the workers were very curtius and made sure the plants around the house were out of the tent and even put all the gravel back. We would definitely recommend Halo and use them again.

After the work was completed the A/c repair person reported small areas of ducting were chewed, not reported to me by Halo and a few areas of rat droppings were found (he took a pic for me). The work sealing the vents was sloppy, big blobs of concrete were slapped on without any eye for aesthetics. The plus in the service was they came back in a week to seal a vent that had to be removed to reconnect a wire from the thermostat to the a/c compressor that a rat had chewed.

We need the termite report right away and Halo was quick to schedule the appointment with our client. Very communicative and on time.

This was a one-time attic task to clean-up rodent evidence and completely seal off all openings with cement. They actually went beyond the call of duty to inspect and make sure they sealed all openings inside and out including on top of our roof which was totally unexpected. They were professional and aimed to please. We can recommend them highly.

Quality of service was very good and results were as promised -- the rodents disappeared. Follow up, however, left much to be desired. They are not proactive in inquiring about the status. Despite referral, no appreciation was offered.

Prompt service, good personnel, good value.

The technician was very knowledgeable in the pest control field.. We are very happy with the work that was performed.

The young man was on time, was polite, amiable and efficient.

That is not enough to take our valuables from home when leaving the house for the fumigation. It's better to be around the area and guard the house to avoid the thieves or to help the police to catch and arrest them. With the exception of the burglary incident everything was fine. I am happy with Halo's work.

They cleaned up nicely, friendly and worked quickly. They only issue I had was the could gave smoothed the patches a bit better to match the texture on the outside but other than that they were great!

Jeff Ray did a thorough inspection of our two story house. Their cost to fumigate the house was competitive. Jeff was very easy to work with throughout the whole fumigation process. There were some broken roof tiles during the tenting. So we were glad that we got the broken tile insurance from Halo. The tenting company replaced the tiles. Patty Gutierrez in the office was very pleasant to work with.

Very impressive group. They all showed on time and were most professional and experienced. They say they will contact me in 1 years time and inspect for termites. If any are noted they will be treated as part of this original work.

We don't understand how a company can provide termite treatment and in the process break more then 200 tiles on our roof. And they don't want to finish the repairs to the tile on the roof.

Halo was very easy to work with from the very first visit with Jeff. He was always available via email to answer my questions. The fumigation team arrived a bit earlier than planned, which was fine with me! Everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them for your termite needs.

Wow! Next day service and they came and took care of my termite issue on time and at a price that would be tough to beat! I wish I could give more stars!
