I had several estimates and I chose Halo because of their professionalism and Jeff Ray was so thorough.He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things along with suggestions for the future. Being a senior I appreciated all the help he gave me.I suggest to every one out there to call Halo.

The tech did not know what the warranty was on the work he was performing. He should have known since it was not the standard warranty. We paid for an extra.

Positive! Inspection was through and was respectful of my house and belongings. Inspector did repair and was on his way. We signed up for bimonthly pest control service. Would highly recommend this company. We saw Jeff.

Fast, efficient, friendly.

Professional and courteous employees. Price quoted fairly but high. Tenting over house blew down in a windstorm and had to be tented again on the second day which extended the job two extra days. Some damage to sprinklers and plants surrounding house which is probably par for the course. Overall, we would use Halo again.

Very good customer service. They were always there on promised time and performed very thorough inspection. Very reasonable price , including warranty and Insurance for roof tiles.

The fees included future inspections/treatments and warranties. I can t say what will happen in the future, but as of today, they were great!

Halo was easy to get in touch and flexible to schedule. They were there on time and performed the inspection as planned. I really appreciated the summary including home diagram with affected areas as well as their primary recommendations as well as secondary ones and the reasoning for each one, including the price and warranty. Received the summary in about 2 days.

Ray gave me the most comprehensive and detailed map of my termite infestation I've ever seen, and I have quite a few properties which are in heavily infested areas , and, upon my request, came on the appointed day, on time with another man, and they spent all day treating locally all the areas he had identified. I am very happy.

Jeff came to do a thorough termite inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Prepping for a full fumigation can be an arduous task but Jeff assured me that his team would do everything they could to protect my late father's roses which was reassuring to my myself and my mother. He gave us an excellent price which is helpful to seniors on a fixed income, and their work was high quality. He also took care of having the gas turned off and back on and got us back home very early in the morning of the third day. His crew made sure they did everything possible to save as many plants as possible. I would highly recommend Jeff and Halo again and not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. I was impressed on how they did the termite inspection. Very delicated. The tenting caused a small amount of damage to the plants from dropping the tent on them. All in all, they did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

Halo came highly recommended from reviews we read from previous customers. Ricardo Durant came out and gave us an estimate to eliminate our termite problem. We were immediately impressed with Ricardo’s professionalism, knowledge, and experience. He gave us several options explaining the pro’s and con’s without ever any high pressure tactics. We elected to proceed with Halo, and Ricardo came when he said he would. He was meticulous in his work, asked permission to move items, and cleaned thoroughly after his work. We felt he had our best interests at heart. We would recommend Halo to our friends for their pest control needs.
