I hired Halo for termite irradiation and wood rot removal and replacement. The 2 1/2 hour promised time to treat attic and termites took 30 minutes. Then when told they would replace 7 12 patio cover boards, they didnt actually replace 12 boards. They cut and pasted much smaller old boards thus making many more joints where wood can rot. I paid an astronomical amount for 12 boards and didnt get what I paid for. Would have paid for more to be replaced but didnt get what I paid for. Will not be using them again.

Halos technicians are very professional they take the time to explain the process. Halo made this process stress free, I would highly recommend Halo.

Honest and trustful, no BS!

I believe the guys did the best that they could do. Cleanup was good. I would like to recommend someone from the company do a follow up on the actual labor work after it has been completed. It might assist the company for future hires. I maybe too critical.

Halo inspectors and technicians carried themselves in a professional manner. However, I do have a few tips for improvement: I suggest they acquire modern equipment to more accurately detect and pinpoint termite activity. Secondly, the technician who applied the solution left some deposits of residue in my garage. I appreciate that he told me about it but he should have cleaned it up also. All things considered, I was satisfied with the services provided.

The technician worked with us when drilling holes in our pavers to cause the least amount of damage.

The job was done three weeks ago. So far there have been good results. I hope to see great service in the future, when needed.

Got 3 bids, as Home Advisors suggests: all completely different. 1 inspector wanted me to sign-up right away, when Jeff at Halo told me I had 120 days! 1 company told me I wouldn t find a better bid & was TWICE the price of Halo! Jeff was the most personal. His contractors for wood repair, Randy and John (?) arrived 5 minutes early, & kept re-assuring me that they would take care of me. They work all day without a lunch break and the entire process from inspection to repair was very enjoyable.

Great company! Appointments kept exactly on time and treatments fully explained. Competitive price too. Jake provided a very thorough inspection, even using a long pole to probe 2nd story eaves. He spent 20 min more in the attic where most of the termite damage was compared to other inspectors. Eddie arrived on time to treat infested areas, drilling 1/8 inch holes to inject chemicals and then spraying a repellant on exposed wood in the attic. Neat and clean work. Less than 2 hrs for inspection and 3 hrs for treatments. 5 star work.

They got everything done as promised. Quick response and on time. Explained everything clearly. Halo was about $9,000 less expensive than others.

I scheduled Halo to come out to our home and my wife was there to meet Jeff. She texted me saying this guy you found is awesome! He inspected the house and found one area of active termites. Treated that area and was done. Honest and great customer service. We will call again on our other properties in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Jeff and his company Halo over any other termite company. I chose Halo over several other bids to complete tenting and wood repair because of Jeff. He is honest and sincere and gave me an excellent price. Jeffs most outstanding quality is his timely response to email and phone calls to answer any questions. Thats a big deal to me. Halos tenting crew is outstanding. and very professional. They arrived on time and competed the tenting within an hour; Absolutely amazing. They were even able to save some plants growing close to the house. After tenting, the crew cleaned up the outside of the house and answered any questions. Wood repair went well too. Jeff stopped by several times to check on the progress and insure all wood issues were fixed. His office staff is also very professional and was able to keep me informed of details or any changes.
