Everyone was very helpful. Manuel solved the problem regarding the bondo not setting up in the areas patched. We were kept up to date when work would be done and finished. If tech was going to be late, calls were made to us to let us know. Very pleased with the company.

We had Halo tent our house 5 years ago. We have not had any termite damage since. Today, Ernesto looked over our whole house and attic space. He did a great and thorough job. Termite control holding up.

Found numerous broken roof tiles. Roof was leaking badly afterwards. There are not just one or two, but dozens of broken tiles. Not sure if Halo people did the damage. I didn't pay for the roof brakeage beforehand and signed the waiver. Should have known better.

They called to let me know they were on their way, arrived promptly, smiling and very friendly. They explained what they were going to do, and did it efficiently. When finished, they showed me the areas with dry rot, which must be repaired. They did a very thorough and efficient job. I recommend them without reservations.
