Initial work order for signature was incorrect. Took two tries to get a correct work contract for review and signature.

They were able to arrange with a contractor to fumigate house on very short notice. Contractor also came back and replaced broken roof tiles a few days later.

Very pleased with the whole experience but I gave a 4.5 rating because there is always room for improvement. Angel, the "technician" that came out and did the work, was a great guy. He was courteous, industrious and answered all my questions.

Good overall service

The estimator rep was timely and seemed to be thorough. Was responsive to my follow up questions. Quote was reasonable compared to others. The service tech was very nice, answered questions and seemed to have done a good job.

The work & customer service were excellent with two exceptions......we were unaware that our gate would be locked with their lock so we were unable to enter to feed our outdoor cats. A lock was provided with a key but they used one of their own. The other exception was that a PAID invoice has not been offered or sent to us. However, we would recommend them to others as long as there was an understanding of each of the above.

ALL PARTIES WERE VERY CONGENIAL AND HELPFUL! HOW GOOD WAS THE JOB? THEY JUST FINISHED SO I'LL KNOW IN THE NEXT MONTH OR TWO WHETHER OR NOT WE STILL HAVE TERMITES! IF WE DO, THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETREAT. ACTUALLY, FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS.

Mark and check your sprinkler heads. They tripped over two sprinkler heads and didn t tell us they broke them.
