Halo did a good job. They got back to me quickly through Home Advisor. The inspection was well done and he helped me understand the issues and what needed to be done. The price was reasonable. The technician was on time and worked efficiently. I would recommend them.

When garage rodent problem reoccurred in 6 months, their office claims they had recommended to seal the garage door. Inspite of asking the tech repeatedly about the possible source of rodent entry, that recommendation was never made at the time of service. I would not re-hire them or recommend to friends and neighbors.

Jeff Ray came on time, he did a thorough inspection, and he was very friendly and professional. He discovered some hard to locate termite entry points on our house in addition to what we had seen. He explained the product he was going to use to kill the termites and gave statistics of it's success rate. We were especially happy we did not have to tent our house. We would definitely ask him to return in the future to inspect our house.

We had a huge problem with rats in our attic. We had to have a total attic restoration done, sealing up the house and replacing all the insulation as well as weekly trap checks. Jeff came out and quoted us a fair price and got the job done quickly and professionally. We are very happy:)
