From inspection to work completion the communication was really good. They were unable to complete the termite treatment in one day due to the rain. When they came out to complete the termite treatment, it was still raining, however, this employee had a "can do" attitude and used a rod to treat for the subterranean termites, and followed up on the work of the previous employees. I felt he did a great job and was very happy with his communication skills during this difficult time with COVID-19. Thank you!

I was promised payment plan by the agent who came to my home. When I received the invoice in email it said payment due with the full amount. I contacted the agent and he said someone in the office told him I needed to pay $400 a month, as opposed to $54 a month he and I agreed upon. I explained to the office my agreement. They said they would contact the owner with my problem. I said I cannot afford $400 monthly until paid off. I have not heard back from any since I was promised the owner would be notified of my problem. I am terribly unhappy. First time receiving unacceptable customer service from a Home Advisor referral.

The inspector was definitely more thorough than others who came out. Both the inspector and serviceman were good people! Comfortable having them in and around the house.

I found termite droppings outside of my front door. I went to several locations (yelp, home advisors etc) looking for good recommendations. I met Joshua and he did a full inspection and recommended a local whole house treatment. The company does both local and tenting, but I liked the fact that he stated that my house would be perfectly fine with the local treatment. Just an FWI, I had my house tented 6 years ago and I now realize that after the tenting, there really is nothing to stop the termites from coming back. We set up the appointment and on the appointed day, they came and spent part of the morning and afternoon working on the house. I had a very good experience with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact as friend had mention that he is due for an inspection and I gave him a HALO business card and told him how happy I was with the service.

They were straight shooters who explained their process thoroughly. Their estimate was about the same as the final price. I gave 4 stars because I won't know how well the termite control really worked until several months from now. House painting is coming next, so their is chance they may come back and do remedial work at no extra cost if we discover more termites. I will be impressed if that happens.

On time and gave us peace of mind, see you in 2 years.

Jeff was great, the only reason it wasn t 5 stars is because the coordination of the tenting was a little bit of a struggle.

I was in a time crunch to sell my house because of a purchase of another, and they were extremely helpful expedient met my deadlines, were a great price, and then also allow the funds to come out of escrow instead of out of my pocket. They have been over backwards to make this happen for me and my family and you provide a safe alternative to whole house tenting by doing local remediation and wood repair which is what I preferred having two new babies and so many animals living in the house. If they had 10 Stars I would give them 10. Wonderful people! Thank you for helping us out

It has only been two weeks, but they came and did what they promised to do. They responded quickly, the employees were nice, and we were impressed by the salesman's knowledge of the different treatments for termite control. We didn't want to tent, and they provided a liquid treatment into the studs, which cost less than tenting, and we haven't seem any sign of termites! We would definitely use them again.
