Excellent customer service and arrived on time from inspection to treatment.

I had received a couple of quotes before contacting Halo. Randy inspected my house and explained everything to me thoroughly, unlike the previous company, who indicated I needed to tent my house, and all of my garden plants would die... I was so relieved for Randy to explain that the treatment needed was nowhere near as bad as the previous company had indicated, and could be done quickly and efficiently, not only saving me money, but also not affecting my beautiful garden at all. JT was on time to do the treatment, and he worked quickly and efficiently. He also sprayed my house for ants to make sure I was completely covered. I've already recommended Halo to friends. I really appreciated Halo's honesty and integrity, along with the efficiency of completing the work.

Jeff was very polite & professional. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job. The only minor issue I had was the slight delay in getting my reports. My appt was at 8:00 am, I was told I would receive the reports later that day. However, I didn't get it until the following day. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Halo to others.

There was a break in while the tent was covering the home. I wonder how effective the pesticides are since the truants left with some stuff...

Of the 3 vendors I invited to quote, Halo is the only one who came on time. After he gave me a couple of possibilities to rid my gazebo of termites, I pulled a baseboard and had him come back the next day. He came back an performed the work. He was prompt, courteous and extremely reasonable in his fees. I would highly recommend him again.

Everyone was professional and courteous; and we purchased the extra spray that gives us a 6 year warranty. Well worth the money.

I don t usually give all fives on a review but I have to say Halo did a remarkable job at a quite reasonable price. They were extremely careful to my property and cleaned up the attic and installed insulation. The workers were incredibly polite and respectful definitely a five star all the way around.

I had Jeff Ray as my termite inspector that I needed for a home refi. Jeff was not only on time, but he had taken all the COVID-19 precautions. He was quick but very thorough and professional. On top of all that HALO is offering a sale to help families through this hard time. It took Jeff less than 40 minutes from showing up at my house to finish his inspection and email me the Termite Report that I needed. For all this HALO charged me a grand total of $75. I can't recommend Jeff and his company enough.
