The work done on my floors was unsatisfactory. No written estimate was provided. The work did not match up with what they told me verbally. They texted me in agreement to fix the errors and did not honor their agreement. I bought more materials for the base boards and they refused to install them.
Description of Work: This company installed floors in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. They left holes in the floor that where supposed to covered by base boards. Most of the baseboards where never installed. The floors installed seem sturdy but are not level. I had to have some else to patch holes and install baseboards.
