The crew arrived at the exact appointment time. The crew was incredibly respectful of the house, our possessions and of us. They were unbelievably hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased overall. I called and talked to the owner who set up the service date & time. Got a reminder call the night before. The crew arived on time, gave a price when the house was looked at which matched the online estimate very closely and the crew went to work. They did a great job cleaning the windows, and cleaning up after themselves as well.

They sent a 5 person crew. They did the windows and glass doors of the whole house In about 6 hrs. They worked very clean and once the finished, U could nto see the glass, that is how clean they were. EXCELLENT JOB.

They arrived on time, were completely professional, and pleasant to have around. They brought six workers, and completed the job swiftly. They cleaned up and left my house looking fantastic. I am extremely pleased, and will certainly use them again, and refer to others.

I was very pleased with the company. They arrived on time and gave me options for how much I wanted done and how much it would cost. Three men spent several hours here and were careful and thorough. I had hard water deposits on 2 windows and the last company I used said they didn't work on that! Mr. Window Cleaner worked extra hard to remove those deposits. They cleaned all the windows, tracks, screens and even my ceiling fans. Before they left, the owner spoke with me by phone to be sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this service!

The crew of three arrived 15 minutes early! They went to work immediately and did a great job. The online estimator on the company's website was spot on to the penny. There were some additional charges for the screens but all charges were given and approved by me in advance.. It took the crew almost 7 hours to finish the job. I would use this company again in the future.

It went very well and I would not hesitate to call them again. Before putting the condo back on the market to find a new tenant, I looked through some old canceled checks to try to find the people who last did my windows. Once I found an old check that I had written for $60 back in 1995, I was armed with a company name so I tried to find them online. No luck. They were no longer in business in O.C. so I tried Angies list for a new recommendation. I called Mr. Window Cleaner to get a "free telephone estimate" as advertised on their website. I recommend doing this because if they come to your home, you will have to pay for an estimate---IF you decide NOT to let them do the job. There is NO charge for the estimate if you DO let them proceed and do the job. For an accurate quote for your job, just call first and tell them exactly what you have. I had forgotten about one window, and purposely did not count two windows thinking that I could do them myself (like the windows on the front door). The owner right away quoted me a (narrow) price-range, which was smart on his part in case someone (like me) forgets about a window or two. Two employees, Mark and Brian arrived soon thereafter and first took an inventory and called it in to the owner. They came back with a final price and asked if I approved. I mentioned a $30 credit that was advertised on their website for jobs over $99 during the month of March, and they honored it. Never having worked with them before, I was hoping that it was indeed an honorable discount offered and that they wouldn't try anything nuts like saying, "Oh the estimate INCLUDES the discount." They DID give me the discount which brought the price to $129 which made me happy. My former experience with window cleaners was kind of a "wham bam thank you ma'am" type of job. Nothing wrong with that. They'd remove and wash the screens, clean the windows and be gone within an hour. As far as I was concerned the price was great and the windows were clean, so everything was copacetic. These fellows however, were here THREE hours really cleaning well the gutters and frames in addition to the windows and screens. They put a lot of time and effort into the job. Mark and Brian were kind, hard working, knowledgeable and conscientious in their work. I feel very comfortable recommending them for detailing your windows and screens.

Mark, the supervisor, arrived on time with a big crew and finished in about 3 hours. Even moved my sofa so a contractor could inspect the floor this week. They had to take some of the blinds down to clean the windows and put back up afterward, which took some time. I am very pleased with the work that was done, the professionalism of the staff, and the fact they seem to want to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done. Mark called Joe, the owner, after they were done with the job so he could confirm that I was happy with the work.

If all things in life would go as smooth as Mr. Window Cleaner's service, I would be a very happy person. Owner Joe gave me an prompt and accurate estimate over the phone. His team leader Mark Pharris arrived at the scheduled time with his 2 technicians. He verified the estimate and the 3 of them went to work. The 3 of them worked hard together as a team on the project for almost 6 hours straight. They were polite, neat and worked as quietly as the job allowed. They left the work areas clean and the windows never looked better. When the job was completed, they got owner Joe on the telephone and he personally verified that I was happy with the work before the team left the premises. I would gladly employ this company again in the future and recommend them to Angie List Members.

I had window cleaning services for the second and third story windows in my townhouse. They were right on time - 7AM on a Monday. They removed and thoroughly cleaned all the screens, vacuumed and scrubbed the window tracks, spotlessly cleaned all windows inside and out, replaced all the screens and moved furniture back in place. They also cleaned three ceiling fans and five mirrored closet doors. They carefully covered floors and didn't leave a footprint or water drops anywhere. The whole process was so quiet that I almost forgot they were here. Mark and Ray were uberprofessional and I would recommend them without ANY hesitation. Additional notes: besides their punctuality, I rec'd a phone call and an e-mail reminding me of my appointment and, upon completion of the job, had a phone call with Joe before the technicians left to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!

I have used Mr. Window Cleaner once before. As usual everything went very well. They were on time and very personable as well as professional. They made sure I was one hundred percent satisfied by calling into the company and letting me speak with the owner to express my satisfaction. Mr. Window Cleaner always leaves my windows super clean. Since my first window cleaning which was at the beginning of this year, I have recommended them to a couple of people I know.
