The four man crew who responded showed up on time and got right to work finishing the whole job quickly and efficiently. The cost of the project was at the bottom of the estimate range they provided which was refreshing and that was before the $30 coupon they offered, so we were very pleased. The windows, window tracks, screens and mirrored closet doors were so clean they sparkled! One screen was torn a bit in the process but the team repaired it in record time and left us very happy. We'd definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

They arrived exactly on time. The explained the process and gave me a quote that matched what i had been given over the phone, and proceeded to do an excellent and thorough job. They were very professional and polite. They were extremely careful with everything. I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them. They were also very efficient with email confirmations and reminders.

I can't recommend this company higher. We had some work done on the house recently and the last thing on my list was to have the windows cleaned. It makes a huge difference! The two technicians who came (Mark and Joey) did an excellent job and having crystal clear views out of my windows is fantastic! They were personable, friendly and efficient. Mark obviously has a huge amount of experience and was very courteous and straightforward. They arrived on time and spent 6 or 7 hours meticulously cleaning about 50 windows, the surrounds and fixing my screen door. The actual cost was very close to the estimated cost that was given to me on the phone - I added in the garage door windows at the last minute and I am so glad I did! Fantastic job all around.

With a team of 2 men, one inside and one outside, they efficiently cleaned all my windows and did an excellent job. They were friendly and fast and I would definitely hire them again.

I got an estimate with the first phone call, an appointment and a promise of punctuality. From the very beginning Joe inspired confidence in his work product and I was never disappointed. Mark, Tony and Craig who came and did the on-site work were all extremely polite, respectul of my home and totally professional. As I said above, I am still marveling at the incredible job they did. I left for work soon after they got under way. When I came home, my husband had left every curtain open, so I could see the shine when I pulled into the driveway. GREAT JOB!

This was a big job as the windows had not been cleaned for a while and there are lot of them! The job was performed very well and in a thorough, professional and timely fashion. I first walked around with the supervisor and counted windows and discussed what I wanted. I was given a quote which I agreed to and the work began. Another crew came and helped out during the day. The guys were polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I liked that I had a reminder email & call prior to the date and then a follow up call. I will definitely get these guys back on a regular basis!

the estimator showed up on time, was utterly professional and experienced, and didn't charge for the estimate, which came quickly. and this was a commercial job; bet they're just as great for single family homes, etc.

I cant say enough positive things about this company. They were on time and finished the job quickly. My windows and screens look amazing. The workers were polite and friendly and I appreciated the call from the owner before they left. Also couldn't hardly believe how much lint was trapped in my dyer vent, it was only installed two years ago and it was practically full. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, the team that came in did a great job. They were punctual, professional and really did a thorough job with the window washing. However, they dislodged the alarm wires from two of our windows (which was annoying because we warned them about it), but I understand these things happen. The most discouraging thing however was after contacting the company to let them know about the alarm wires, we did not receive a response . I wasn't necessarily expecting credit or anything, and it will cost us 200 dollars to fix the alarm wires! An acknowledgment of their error would have been acceptable...so I don't think we will be using them again.

Went very well. Two workers did outstanding job in just a few hours. Very professional and experienced.The windows remained clean and sparkling for several months. I will use them again very soon.Because of serious health issues in the family I was unable to have them return in a timely fashion.Sorry I didn't get this evaluation form posted sooner.

the team arrived on time to my house and politely introduced themselves. They were all very professional and wore shoe covers in the house. My windows had not been cleaned in a long time (and we have a lot of spider problems so they were really bad!) and they did not charge me anything extra for the extra work. They called the owner of the company before they left to make sure I was completely satisfied. Great experience start to finish.

Overall a very pleasant experience. I have had many services done at my house, and this company and crew were one of the best. The company contact (Joe) was friendly and efficient, returning my call promptly and asking pertinent questions to assess the job. The crew arrived on time, got right to work and listened to my intructions. The job was completed in estimated time frame, and all windows, frames, screens and sills, outside and in, were cleaned very well. They had some furniture and several potted plants to move, and returned each one to its place after they finished the are. I was impressed with the way they cleaned up after, no mess at all. Also, the little 'thank you' gift they left of some candy didn't hurt! Very pleased and a good experience. I again talked to Joe before the crew left, so there is an opportunity to take care of any problems you might see, although there were none in my case. I will be calling them again.

The technicians, Earl and Mark, arrived as promised. They immediately got to work. They were pleasant, easy to talk to, and explained to me what would be done. They told me that the only extra charge would be if they had to snake the vent from both ends. I really appreciated Earl's honesty in telling me half way through the process that he did not need to snake the vent from both ends, saving me the additional charge of $35. Earl also replaced the duct vent for me and Mark got me an extension to make it work, without charging me for it. Overall, I was impressed with their work and honesty.

I got both an email and a reminder call before the day of the appointment. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were very considerate of my pets, who I had to keep locked up part of the time. I asked them to do the room with the pets last and they accommodated me with that. All of my windows were cleaned on both sides and the tracks vacumned and dusted.

Accurate estimate over the phone, professional and showed up on time. Were courteous while working, when our kids were napping. Had to clean up a lot after they left as they stood on upholstered cushions, kitchen counter with work boots on. Also left all windows/doors unlocked and some screens off. Left some of their equipment behind too.

I really had a good experience with these guys. The price was right and they did a great job. There were three of them that were out to my house from 7 in the morning until about 2:30 p.m. I am real happy to have sparkling clean windows.

Earl and Dewayne arrived a little early but that was fine with us. They counted all of our windows which included our casement windows. A complete explanation of what and how they were going to work around our house was given, along with the price. They were very considerate toward our dogs. One worked on the inside cleaning and the other gentleman worked on the outside. When they were finished I walk around the house with Earl and we checked all the windows, before the office called to make sure we were completely satisfied. That night we sat in the living room an watched the sun go down through our wonderfully clean windows. Life is good.
