David Eskin with Horizon Construction and Remodeling did a great job coordinating the remodel. All the trades did an excellent job. Any issues were responded to and fixed immediately. We are very happy with the finished product, and will use them again in the future.

We are happy to see the remodeling is completed. I am satisfied with the materials chosen and the suggestions made throughout the process. Not well. Numerous delays (2 mo. project took 5 mos.); poor communication/coordination; rude, unprofessional behavior by staff; lack of response to my e-mails, texts, questions; demanding payments for work not begun (contrary to State law); wood flooring improperly installed required reinstallation months after project ended; wrong baseboard & door casings installed; towel rack in bathroom improperly installed; poor cleanup of their work; leaving their lunchtime trash behind. Overall, it was a highly frustrating and stressful experience.

I had an excellent experience with David from Horizon Construction on an exterior project recently completely and would recommend them highly for any project internal or external. David was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the initial call and consultation we tossed ideas back and forth, his vision was exactly what I was looking for. He promptly sent images of ideas and websites for me to review and even though we didn't exactly meet at times he was flexible to accept my idea and in the end we came up with something I am very proud of! To be honest...there where issues, but not with him! He came through and directed his team to fix not only things I found, but even things that did not fit his image of perfection....he never flinched, his quality was excellent and did not let his team fall behind! Again, I am extremely happy with the service, vision and final product and would recommend them anytime you have a project you want perfection.

Having chosen Horizon Construction & Remodeling for our project was the best decision we could have made. The Project Manager, Eitan Beznos made sure that we were completely satisfied every step of the way making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. The upstairs bath had been partially remodeled prior to purchasing my condo 5 years ago. It had an updated vanity and lavatory, but the tub and shower combination were the original fiberglass builder-grade enclosure and definitely showed its age of 30 plus years. I wanted this bathroom to look as good as the rest of my home with a new tub, new tile, and new flooring. Horizon Construction and Remodeling Inc. expertly gave me exactly the bath I desired. Horizon’s showroom had ample samples of tiles and I was easily able to select the bath/shower wall tile and flooring that unified my vision. I did not have to wait long for the job to commence and all work was done as quickly as I could have hoped. The only delays were due to unavoidable waiting for inspections and a holiday that delayed one inspection. For those tasks that did not require an inspection to proceed, the trade contractor would show up the following morning. I was able to have my walls retextured and painted, a new overhead light added above the bath/shower, replace the medicine cabinet, and a new exhaust fan and all fixtures installed for the completed beautifully finished bathroom. My project manager David Eskin coordinated each trade and supplies wonderfully. All of the contractors selected for my project were very professional and I appreciate how quickly and well each performed their trade work. I am delighted with workmanship and the end results.

We had such a positive experience with Horizon Construction on our three bathroom remodel a few years back, we reached out to them once again to address a much smaller dining room project. The update was a small job but did require a skillset that I didn't want to leave to just any contractor. I wanted a trusted company to perform the room update and match existing texture at a reasonable cost. Mark and team visited, provided valuable insight and sent Leo who did an absolute perfect job. It's always a pleasure to speak with Mark and Enna and we highly recommend Horizon Construction and Remodeling for all home improvements, big and small.

Excellent work as before! Very dated master bedroom needed a complete facelift which included removal of wallpaper, replacement of floor, replacement of ceiling fan and demolition/rebuild of closet. Mark designed a new closet that I absolutely love--pull outs for shoes and purses, plenty of drawers and shelves and a clothes rod section for things that need to hang. I have no need of a bureau in this room because of the ample organized storage space of this closet! There was a minor issue of sagging on the moveable shelves but this was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you (again!) Enna and Mark!

I had them remodel my kitchen a few years ago but I was having an issue with the outlet for my garbage disposal. Even though it had been some time since they performed my remodel they put me in contact with their electrician and we got the issue resolved. That is customer service. Great owners and staff.

Eitan Beznos of Horizon Construction did a major Remodeling on my kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and garage. This included: New patio slab. Removal of wall and load bearing 4x4's. Kitchen island. Fireplace. New roof. New ceiling. Complete rewire of house and garage. Power panel upgrade and electric car charger in garage. Paint interior and exterior. Eitan was the project manager. He was easy to work with and there was good communication with Eitan and the office staff. The process was clearly written down and all questions were answered. I did not know exactly what I wanted and Eitan made useful suggestions. He designed the layouts and helped me select materials for the floor, ceiling, kitchen counters and bathrooms. Eitan pulled permits and all of the inspections were passed. There were often several teams of workers in the house at the same time. Eitan coordinated the work to insure that the progress was efficient and that different groups did not get into each others way. When problems came up Eitan dealt with them. Termite damage was discovered and had to be addressed before a bathroom could be completed. Building codes required that work had to stop when old flooring was removed by a hazmat company. While I thought that the quotes were high, what I got were clear goals, quality of work, management of workers, problem resolving and the overall progress of the project. I was very satisfied with the end result. The open floor plan between kitchen and family room and the removal of cupboards in the hallway, makes the house look very expansive. The transformation was stunning. I would recommend Eitan for home remodeling. Bob Davis

the sales representative wanted to charge me $4500 for a job which I had a licensed contractor complete for $900.

I had the bathtub removed from the master bath and a shower with a steam unit installed. David Eskin was the project manager and was a pleasure to work with. Despite the current pandemic situation, David kept the project going. The workers were amazing, each one an expert in their respective craft. The job was finished beautifully and I’m very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Horizon Construction for any remodeling job.

If you're shopping contractors, and want to avoid a nightmare, read this. Licensed contractors are not all the same. Horizon Construction & Remodeling gets an A plus. This company delivered what was promised. I'm not affiliated with this company in any capacity. I'm a customer, who hired them to remodel my bathroom after calling 5 other contractors, who either didn't show up, or quoted ridiculous bids. Mark, the owner, gave me a quote that was right about middle range. He paid attention to my vision, and when I asked his opinion, he had great ideas, but was never forceful. He was also right up front about everything—nothing hidden. After I decided to sign the contract, I was still somewhat skeptical. Bathrooms and kitchens are multi-phase projects, and things can go south quickly. I'd already heard all the nightmares about hiring the wrong contractor. By day 2, I noticed that Mark, also my project manager, stayed on top of everything, so I stopped stressing. All the crews he sent for each phase were skilled, knowledgable, and cleaned up. I got the impression this company only uses competent crews, who produce quality workmanship. No problems communicating, either. Mark was always available. Another thing: he's organized, and kept the project moving forward. The staff appeared to be organized, as well. I'm thrilled with the appearance and function of my new bathroom—it's gorgeous. I hired Mark Besnos and Enna of Horizon Construction and Remodeling in the spring of 2019 to do a complete kitchen remodel which included removing a load bearing wall and removing a gas fireplace. The actual construction began with the demolition in mid-July and the job was completed the last week of October. I had a great experience overall despite the usual stresses of a home remodeling project (and living in the house during construction). Mark listened to my ideas and concerns and he helped me bring the beach cottage home of my dreams to fruition. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on every aspect of the project. Mark and Enna invited me to their showroom in Fullerton and showed me a wide variety of materials (flooring, tile, Quartz, cabinetry, etc.) to choose from. I appreciated Mark’s attention to detail, thorough explanation of our contract, extensive resources, and consistent open communication. Mark was the project manager for my remodel and he was onsite regularly to oversee his crew. I always felt as though my project was Mark and Enna’s top priority. Any time I had a question or concern, Mark and/or Enna, promptly took my call or immediately called me back. Mark was committed to keeping the project on schedule as much as possible, even when unforeseen delays occurred due to materials being held up. He always had a plan B to keep things moving. All of his crew members were very reliable, courteous, and dedicated. Many of his crew members even came to my house on weekends. I am extremely happy with my new, improved, expansive kitchen, living, and dining room. I absolutely love it! A huge Thank You to Mark, Enna, the incredible office staff (Genesis and Vanessa) and to all of the skilled craftsmen at Horizon for creating a beautiful home for my family!

Horizon construction and Remodeling did a major kitchen remodel for us including removal of walls, fireplace, and reconstruct a large portion of our ceiling. They literally transformed our kitchen! After checking out many others, we decided to choose Horizon Construction and Remodeling because of all the great reviews. After meeting the staff, our project manager David Eskin and reading all the positive reviews we knew we made the right decision. The staff is wonderful. Very caring, respectful and honest. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. We are very happy with the outcome! Demolition was right on schedule and the crew was excellent, very fast and left the job neat at the end of the day. We did however encounter a set back which caused a long pause after demolition. This lengthened the job quite a bit and added additional expense and inconvenience (we feel) could have been avoided with a more through inspection (pre-demo). All the staff at Horizon are great to work with. David our project manager is terrific. He is easy to work with and very helpful. He provided suggestions that were very helpful and added to the beauty of our job. There were times he could have lost his patience because of my indecisiveness but never once did! He’s a true gentleman. Caesar our cabinet maker is a master at his trade. We love his work and are so pleased with our cabinets! Something notable that you may not find in many other constructions companies. With Horizon, once the project ends, they treat you with the same kindness as the day you signed the contract. This company shines in Customer satisfaction!

We recently had our 2500 square foot home remodeled by Horizon Construction & Remodel, which included the kitchen, master bath, flooring, lighting, paint, fireplaces, millwork, plumbing and tile. We contacted a total of four general contractors, all of whom were within the same approximate price range, however, after meeting with Mike Roppo, we decided to sign a contract with Horizon and we’re glad we did! Mike was our Project Manager and he did an excellent job overseeing and managing the entire project from start to finish. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable and made sure that everything was done right! He was quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails and came by to check the work often. We are retired so we were able monitor the work as it was being completed. At times issues would arise, but whenever we expressed a concern, Mike was prompt to resolve it, making sure that all work was done to our complete satisfaction and that no corners were cut. All of the contractors that worked in our home were very experienced and good at what they did! We were especially impressed with Hector who painted the entire inside of the house, and Victor who did all of the tile and marble work in the master bath, kitchen, and fireplaces. Also Ulyses (plumbing), Hugo (flooring), Caesar (countertops), and Tomar (electrician), were all excellent at their crafts. The process of remodeling our entire home took five months and everything turned our beautiful! Horizon Construction & Remodel is an excellent company that stands behind their work and prides themselves in customer satisfaction!

All workmanship and workers were very professional and very nice. They always cleaned after their jobs. We are very happy with the way our bathroom turned out. Michaelangelo Roppo - our project manager was very helpful. He spend 2 days shopping with me, picking out everything was needed for the remodel. And I DO MEAN EVERYTHING. i really did appreciate his time snd expertise. The ladies in the office are very nice. Enna Eskin helped me match colors and styles for cabinets and counter tops in Horizon's showroom. I will recommend Horizon Construction and Remodeling for any of your projects 😄

We contracted Horizon Remodeling to remodel our fireplace and paint our kitchen, family room, living room and hallway. Eitan Beznos managed the project and was extremely conscientious making sure all work was done correctly and completed as promised. He met with us frequently to check progress and make sure work was done to our satisfaction. When we asked for additional electrical work, he arranged for an excellent electrician named Tomer who did a fantastic job for us, We would recommend Horizon Remodeling. Work was well done and finished earlier than promised.

My wife and I have added a master bathroom and walk in closet, as well as adding a new linen closet and floors throughout the house with Horizon Construction. We are so happy with the outcome and how our project manager answered any questions we had along the way. We feel confident that if any issues pop up in the future that we can call and they will send someone out to correct. We have referred Horizon to our friends and will recommend them in the future as we are so happy with the outcome of our house.

We are very pleased with the way our new fireplace wall looks. Each phase of the project was done by workers who were skilled and experienced. They did their jobs quickly and always made sure the room was kept clean. The project was unique and changes the appearance of the whole room. I met with David Eskin from Horizon Construction; he was very friendly and professional. We discussed the projected and my expectations. Within a few days, David had the estimate ready and we met for a second time. When we met to review the proposal, David went through everything in detail. A few days later, I called David and told him that I would like Horizon to be the contractor for my project. We then agreed on a starting date. I told David I would be out of the country during the beginning phases of the project. He assured me that wouldn’t be a problem and would keep me posted throughout the process. I really enjoyed going to their showroom to pick out the materials for the project, I felt like a kid in a candy store. David was there through that process as well and offered suggestions if asked. Everything went smoothly for the most part throughout the process. Some issues came up regarding the electrical panel, this was no fault of David’s, and he was quick to resolve the issues. David was always quick to respond to my text messages or emails to address any questions or concerns I might have had. For the most part, the project came out better than anticipated. We were very happy with the work done by Horizon Construction on our remodeling project. We love our 1954 suburban home, but the two bathrooms were in serious need of updating. Horizon started work and we immediately knew we were in good hands. The workmanship on the floor and shower tile was superb. In our master bath we had custom tiles installed in the shampoo shelf that made our shower really shine. The workers in charge of painting, vanity installation and plumbing were very friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable having them in our house. They answered questions and communicated their progress to us. The overall job was done in a timely manner and we were always informed of any delays. David the project manager kept us updated throughout the entire process and helped us to realize our vision of a southwestern style guest bathroom. He took care of all the paperwork with our city's permit process. We were given notice of any delays and he responded to texts immediately. On one occasion, while we were shopping for vanities at a local warehouse, he texted with us for over half an hour to make sure we got the right one. Halfway through the project we decided to re-pipe our entire house and David made that happen. His plumbing crew had the re-pipe done in two days. We feel confident recommending Horizon for your remodeling needs. They respected our house and it showed in their work. We can't wait to show off our new bathrooms to friends and family!

We wanted to remodel for a long time. Had interviewed several contractors. We didn’t know anyone here. When we met David from Horizon we felt safe. He understood our vision and helped us clarify it. We liked that Horizon is 1 stop destination with a showroom, this is truly helpful in this process. We chose David Eskin with Horizon Construction and Remodeling, Inc. to and it turned beautiful. We Loved All horizon workers. We had few communication glitches but those were resolved right away. David did a great job keeping his cool and listening to all our questions and concerns and was on top of it right away ready to explain and resolve. My only feedback will be in this area - to try and explain the clients more so less questions will arise. Mark Besnos is the owner of this company and he made sure all work was done perfectly and exactly on time. The workers were polite, considerate and helpful! We started with the master bathroom and then went on to have the whole house redone by Horizon as we were so pleased with their work and their ethics! We even called them back again recently when we had water damage and Mark and his crew repaired all the damage!

While searching for a quartz counter top to coordinate with my existing beige flooring, I discovered Horizon. They had what I wanted and secured a backsplash with a mosaic to complete the color scheme. Mark is a hands on contractor-owner . He oversees every step of the job and there is little down time in the process. The workers willingly try to accommodate customer requests. If an installation is not satisfactory, it is corrected.
