Description of Work: The provider did absolutely nothing! I called a few times regarding making an appointment and they told me they would call back and never did. I guess it was at my best interest because they were already showings signs of being unreliable so I'm sure they would be unreliable through the entire job had i contracted them.

Description of Work: All American Repipe repiped my 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. The entire experience could not have been smoother. When I requested a quote, Pong arrived on time and thoroughly inspected my existing piping. He sat down with us, told us about the company, what to expect, a long list of satisfied customers with their phone numbers, explained our choices of piping materials and valves and drafted a quote right on the spot. The repipe went EXACTLY as expected. The crew arrived on the first day at the expected time. Three men worked under the house while the others worked above. All the workers were very careful about keeping their workspaces clean. They covered the floors and closet areas with thick paper and plastic. The piping work (including moving my water heater outside) was completed at 5pm and the water was turned back on. The city inspector came out the next day (after making us call the city twice and demanding that he come) at 4:30pm (he was supposed to arrive in the morning). On the third day, Carlos came and plastered all the holes in the walls. I was shocked at how smooth the walls were - and he completed his work in about 4 hours. My wife and I are beyond impressed with All American Repipe. We loved EVERYTHING about our experience! They are honest, responsible, reliable and professional. We recommend them highly!!

Description of Work: Copper repipe the whole house

Description of Work: Complete copper repipe of mainline from meter to the house, one bath, kitchen, laundry, and 3 outside hose bibs, and installed water conditioner. They re-routed the mainline to the garage to accommodate the water conditioner. | |They completed the work, however, after they left, I realized that they didn't reroute the line that goes out to the irrigation line, so my lawn would have been irrigated with conditioned water. I called them back and pointed out the problem. They were apologetic but came back a couple of days later and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I also mentioned the flower bed that they destroyed and they paid for the damage. The gentleman that patched the walls did an excellent job. The inspector even commented on the work performed. | |With the exception of the rerouting error, the team was friendly and very professional. I would consider using them again to repipe my other house.

Description of Work: All American completed a 100% repipe of my two story, 4 bdrm, 3 bath house. Their workforce was disciplined and professional, the work was performed on schedule, and the work product was of high quality. They communicated well with me before and during the job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a neighbor or family member.
