 + 0 moreWe placed a service call at about 2.30pm, and had it fixed by 5pm the same day for $75. It was a simple fix, but we appreciated the courtesy, and more importantly the honesty. When you don't know anything about how an appliance works, it would be easy to be misled into an un-needed and pricey repair, but Ko zoned in on the problem right away and put it right. We'll definitely use this company again if we have appliance problems in the future.
Description of Work: Our dishwasher was only partially draining, so we were left with a half inch of water in the bottom of the machine after each cycle. Paul's appliance repair fixed the machine fast and cheaply.

 + -1 moreI called Paul's Appliance Repair and spoke with Jason at 9am. He took my information about the problems I was having with my Kenmore front-loading washer and said he'd send a tech asap. Matt called before he came and he arrived at 10:15am that same day. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. The drain pump was bad and he could order it in a day or two and the estimate was $348. The $75 service call would be applied to that cost. I was unsure and Matt assured me that I could discuss it with my husband and that the estimate was good for 30 days. Very professional and punctual and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Kenmore He3t front-loading washer, 10 years old wasn't draining.

She immediately checked the dishwasher thoroughly and determined what part was needed. She called her office and was told the part was no longer available. What I was really impressed with was the time she took to tell me what brands of dishwashers to buy based on her repair experience. That info was priceless!
Description of Work: I needed service because my dishwasher did not drain after running it. They checked the entire appliance to see what was wrong.

 + -1 moreI WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY CAME OUT 6 TIMES BEFORE THEY EVEN FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. EVERY TIME THEY CAME OUT I HAD TO TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF MY FREEZER SO THEY COULD WORK ON IT. IT WAS A HASSLE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Description of Work: WELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE IT WASN'T COOLING. FINALLY THE MEN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT AND FOUND A DEAD MOUSE STUCK IN THERE SOMEWHERE.
