The guy came and did absolutely nothing. Took everything out of my refrigerator and made an absolute mess and said sorry samsung refrigerator’s suck, I can’t repair it. He took $180 and did absolutely NOTHING.

Terrible customer service. Didn't show up two times. Owner refused to make it right. Spent many hours and time off of work to fix this fridge. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY

We r seniors n dryer was on wrong button. Charge us 75.00 for call. They were already in the Dinuba area, it’s like they didn’t drive here to service me. They charge 4 doing nothing. ☹️

It went great. He fixed it in less 30 minutes and explained how to prevent it from happening again.

Called the number and the was able to get my appointment scheduled. They were able to squeeze me in as it was a week before Christmas. Everyone's equipment seemed to need work so I was glad they could make it happen for me. The service man arrived on time and was ready to work. He didn't mind me watching either. He was very polite, chatted with me while he worked, and was able to rewire the light socket in about 15 minutes. He cleaned up the area where he was working and we tested everything before he left. Couldn't be happier. Would gladly do business with again.

Inspected the inner parts, removed coins from the water outlet. Told us the noise was normal for the machine.

The company was busy so it took several days before they could respond, several more days until they could return after ordering the fuse. Overall, they were professional and courteous as well as very knowledgeable.

Ko was my technician, and repaired/serviced my ice maker within a very short timeframe. More than satisfied!!!

The repairmen called to ask if they could arrive earlier than scheduled. After examining the unit, they discovered they needed to order a part. When the part arrived, they schedule another appointment as soon as possible. They arrived 5 minutes early to the second appointment. The repair was done in a very competent and efficient manner. The refrigerator is working fine, and if I need another appliance repaired, I will definitely give them a call.

After $300.00+ for service call, parts and labor the problem was not fixed. Last contact I was informed they had done all they could without input from the appliance maker. I was advised they would call the appliance maker last Monday 9/12 and then let me know the outcome. No word and I was left high and dry with an appliance that didn't work. After waiting for contact for several days, I made other arrangements.

Jason was very pleasant and efficient. He gave me suggestions on how better to use my washer to avoid the problem I was experiencing.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Gus yesterday. He was extraordinarily persistent in trying to solve the problem with the start button on my washer. He was able to get it working without having to replace the machine at this time or pay for an extremely expensive part. I understand it is a temporary fix, but I am very grateful to him for his time and trouble. He is a top notch service person and I highly recommend this company company.

It went extremely well considering these were early 70's units. They had the coupler on the truck, and replaced it that day. The switch had to be ordered and took 12 days. Again, these units are decades old, so this did not surprise me. The repairman was very friendly, seemed quite knowledgably, and told me not to replace my units unless the transmission went out. Said they were quite dependable, and worked extremely well. I should not have any more problems for quite a while.

This compnay is terrible they could not fix my Uline under counter double drawer ref. and in the process because the drawer of my cabinet was now hitting the ref they adjusted the door on my new cabinet moving scewers and then a day later the hinge came away from the cabinet and the door was hanging.. Terrible expierence!!!!

I was impressed with Jason's professional behavior. He called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, quickly ran the diagnostic test on the machine and identified the problem. He was clearly familiar with the machine. I was particularly happy, because this is not the first time I've had the same problem with the machine and he was much more thorough in explaining the problem and giving me some ideas about what might have contributed to the part breaking. When he finished, he cleaned the area and tested the machine. The company has a couple of warranties on their work, parts and service call. The only reason I rated them a "B" on cost is that they charge nearly $80 for coming out to make the estimate and that is not deducted from the final cost for labor. When on a budget, that is a lot to pay for the diagnosis of the problem. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

1. I called them Thursday morning and was offered a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning appointment 2. Technician called and said he was running ahead of schedule and could come early if OK 3. He advised me as to what the problem likely was and provided a detailed estimate of repairs. He also said that I could try leaving the refrigerator unplugged for 24 hours to defrost the ice build-up around the fan. 4. Very courteous and professional.

Jason, the service provider that came out, was very professional, friendly, and polite. He called ahead of time to schedule the appointment and arrived on time. He explained what the problems were and showed me where they were occurring. Jason inspected my dryer, which wasn't drying efficiently. While it was nothing he could fix, he did refer me to someone that could clean the dryer vent out and even gave me his card and a coupon. It took a few days for the parts to come in, but when they did another employee called me to schedule the visit. Jason came out again and fixed the ice maker and washer. Both are working great. I found this company to be reliable and fair and I would definitely call them again if I have another appliance break down.

The fridge portion of our Kenmore bottom freezer unit stopped last weekend. I read a lot of posts, etc. about fixing this type of fridge, and was able to determine that the damper that opens to let the freezer cold air into the fridge was working fine; disconnected the water and pulled out the unit, took off the back plate and saw that the compressor was working well and the cooling fan also was running. Any more was out of my hands. After reading reviews, I sent a request for a visit ASAP. On Monday, I learned that they were booked for two days, so set it for today for a 9-12 window. (Having to schedule two days ahead was a mild frustration.) Amazingly, at two minutes until 9, I get a call that the service rep. is on his way over. In a short amount of time, he diagnoses the issue as the fan at the top of the freezer unit that blows the cold air from freezer to the fridge was not working. Fortunately, he had a replacement in his van! So, in an hour, we had our fix. Plus he made sure everything was put back together, the water reconnected, and even waited while I cleaned out the bottom freezer portion. I am grateful to get the fridge back for under $200.00!

The technician confirmed that a part on our washing machine was damaged. He also noticed that another part was damaged. He recommend that we NOT fix the washing machine because it would be very costly. He said it would be more economical to use the machine until it completely failed and then purchase a new one. We really appreciated his honesty. He also gave us a service time window, but did a 30 minute call ahead which was very much appreciated.

This was a very satisfactory experience. The Service Technician, Jill, arrived on time and went immediately to work. She diagnosed the problem immediately and explained all of the available options. She freely shared how to keep the machine working so we would need less attention in the future. Jill was neat, professional, and made friends with our two small dogs (always a plus)!!!! I will definitely call on Paul's in the future! AAAAA+++++

There is a fee just to come out to your house that was reasonable. He came on time, was courteous, wore booties inside the house, and gave me estimates for all 3 problems. He said he had to order the part for the washer and would contact me as to when he could to that - and came back the next day to fix it! That was fast! I didn't have the refrigerator filter replaced, because I use bottled water instead. I was relieved that the metal grid in the dryer was just discoloration of the metal due to the heat. I found this company on Angie's List and am so grateful. They lived up to their rave reviews and now I am adding mine.
