It went very well. Repair completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with this crevice.

I noticed water damage to the baseboards of a couple of kitchen cabinets. The nearest source of water was the refrigerator. I have used Paul's Appliance in the past and was very satisfied with the service. I called them and Ko came out quickely. He was very careful to assure that the bamboo flooring did not get damaged as he pulled the refrigerator out from the wall. He determined the source of the leak and offered a couple of options for addressing the problem. Since I do not use the ice maker or the water dispenser, I chose not to replace the part. I arranged for a company to dry out the wood and learned that the water damage was more extensive than my inexperienced eye had noticed.

Very responsive, showed up at the time promised. The service person could not find any parts problem with the Ice maker. She cleaned it and did some adjusting and it began working within an hour after she left. They were going to order a new unit if it did not begin working. If the new unit was needed there would be no additonal service charge to install it.

Jill arrived within the appointment window and set to finding the problem. In no time at all Jill had replaced the fualty part and we heard water entering while I was paying the bill, and as I write this review I have an ice cold glass of water in my hand, Thanks Jill

Called Paul's Appliance Repair with a problem dishwasher that upon completion of its cycle left about an inch of water sitting at the bottom of the drain., A phone call to Paul's on a Tuesday secured a service call for the very next day. Although, I was given a 3 pm to 6 pm window time, the repair person arrived shortly after 3 pm. He turned out to be very personable and courteous. He very quickly ascertained that the problem was not with the dishwasher but do to improper installation. Upon completing the work be explained what the problem had been and what he had done to fix it. Before leaving he also ran the dishwasher through several cycles to insure it was draining properly. The repair charge of $115.00 included a $10.00 service call discount with a coupon available on Angie's List web site. All-in-all, I was very satisfied with their professional service and feel their repair charge was reasonable. I would definitely use Paul's again for future repairs of this nature. Don'ts - When having to install a new dishwasher, hire someone who does that type of work, do not pay a cabinet maker/installer to do it, like I did.

Called them Monday morning and talked to Erin and explained what was happening with the freezer section of my refrigerator. Could tell the drain was plugged and I had a build up of ice and would leak onto my kitchen floor. Said she would have someone out the same afternoon and I advised her Tuesday would be fine. She scheduled it for Tuesday morning between 10AM and 1PM. The repairman, Matthew, showed up promptly at 10AM and had the job completed and on his way by 10:30AM. Apparently the drain was plugged. Matthew unplugged it and air tested it and then he moved the refrigerator out from the wall and cleaned behind it and underneath it. Such a pleasure dealing with a honest company.

Called at 2:30 pm and they offered to send someone out within 1 hr. Technician called before arrival -Very prompt and timely response. Customer service was great.

Ko did a fantastic job and represents the company very well. I would definitely use them again.

His service was good but we would have to call him back because the same thing is happening. Price wise he was affordable. If he fixes now it will be fine. He was very responsive and came right away.

Jill showed up in time and diagnosed the problem quickly. A rubber band had wrapped around the pump fan. She informed us that the part may have to be replaced but was working for now. We opted to not replace the part as it was replaced by another company several month ago.Thanks, Jill for great service.

They were very prompt when they same here and were right there when they said they would. It was to my satisfaction.

They are the certified repair people for it. They were very timely, knowledgeable, and very professional. The techs made sure that they cleaned up after themselves. It took them two or three visits to get the problem resolved, and they had to order a part. Each encounter with them was fantastic and really nice. They did not charge anything additional after coming out after the first service call. They were excellent overall. We were very, very pleased with them.

It went smooth, fast, and I am very happy that it is working. I have already done a few loads just to see if it works. And they explained to me what they were doing, why they did it. And even gave me a lesson on how to load the washer right! And the best soaps to use. Things I didn't know. I was so impressed with this companies service.

I was very pleased from the time I picked up the phone. The receptionist was very courteous and professional who referred me to the dispatcher who was equally so. Ko, the repair technician, took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with our washer, and how he he planned to repair it. He had special floor shields that protected my tile floors from any potential scratches.The laundry room was left exactly as it was before the repair - clean and orderly.The repair charges were reasonable, and I would highly recommended Paul's Appliance repair to my friends.

He told me that it would cost more to repair it than it was worth. I ended up purchasing a new one. Everything went well with him and he was on time.

Estimate the repair cost was more than a new machine. company advised not to have the machine repaired and buy a new one.
