Description of Work: Replaced broken parts in an aging washing machine. Provider called ahead, actually arrived earlier than we had discussed on the phone. He found the problem quickly and had repairs completed in short order. Work was neat and clean and effective and reasonably priced.

Completely professional, kind, and told me he would not charge me for anything else, because nothing else was wrong. No wonder this company does so much business! They are fantastic.

Diagnosed problem quickly and had the parts on the truck to fix the problem. In and out in about 60 minutes. Dryer works. Timely, efficient and thorough. Who could ask for more.

The technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We decided to go ahead and replace the circuit board and it has been working great ever since.

Description of Work: Service call of approx $80- was for the tech to show up at our home, not applied to repair charges. $45- for a hose clamp is excessive. Word done to our satisfaction but was overpriced. Punctual.

Description of Work: My freezer stopped cooling and some items had defrosted. I called Pauls and got an appointment. The service man called ahead and arrived on time. He checked the freezer and found the fan had stopped. He got it started again quickly, but told me to watch the freezer for a few days. The service visit charge covered the work and had a 30 day guarantee. Three days later, the fan made loud noises and burned out. I called the service rep, who got an estimate for replacing it. He recommended I consider replacing the whole refrigerator, since mine was over 30 years old. I got good, honest service and advise. Pauls rep tried to minimize my costs, but it was time to replace the fridge. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
