Excellent. They were on time, the price was reasonable and they were very professional.

One of the owners showed up on time to clean my micofiber couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman. Some of the furniture had quite a bit of dog hair, which he took the time to clean before starting the actual cleaning (I have had another company refuse to clean the dog hair off before starting). He pre-treated all of the furniture. He was very thorough in the cleaning, and the furniture looks brand new!!! There were no harsh chemical smells and it dried rather quickly. He explained to us how microfiber works and took the time to talk with us on how to maintain it. He also discussed tile/grout cleaning. I am very happy with their service and plan to use them again in the future. It is nice to see a company this day and age actually care about their product/service and to spend the time with the customer.

They were amazing! One carpet was very soiled with soot and I thought I was going to have to replace it. They told me they thought they could probably clean it up alright. Sure enough, I have a much cleaner carpet that won't have to be replaced! They were great about showing up on time and were very professional. I'm very happy with their service.

I really wanted the spots out. They thought they could do it, but they couldn’t get them out. It looked great when the carpets were wet, but when it dried the spots came back. They did make it right. There were no questions asked. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation.

Brent and Teri were pleasant although Brent seemed a little irritated at Teri. I only wanted a spot removed on my carpet in one of the rooms in the house. I figured no one would come and do just a spot cleaning. Master's Touch price was initally reasonable. I gave them the rooms dimensions over the phone and they informed me that there is a $$$ minium. The room quoted less than their minium. I requested servic to be performed anyway, because this was my first time using Angie's list and i had a coupon for 10% off thus bringing the total to few dollars over the quoted price. After they arrived, i showed them the room and while Brent took the measurments i retrived the coupon. It was at this point they informed me that the coupon was for performed work of their $$minium. I said i know the work only totalled less than your minium but i'll pay the minium because i need the work performed today.( while thinking they are already hear). Brent helped me to understand that they get paid a minium of $$$ excluding the coupon. Their were no limitations stated on the coupon anywhere. So he offered to add a carpet protector of which ( i did not need ) in order to increase the price so that minus the coupon their minium would be satisfied. i really only wanted a spot cleaned. The carpet looked good after the cleaning; however, i do question his methods. I noticed several little tears in my carpet. I have a low, tight, dense pile carpet.

I think these guys are terrific. They have been to my house for the carpets about 4-5 times. I then got my carpets replaced with hardwood. I have since switched to using them to air ducts. They are very nice guys and they do a good job.

The owners, Teri and Brent arrived on time. They were thorough, professional and very pleasant. Really nice people. They took great care of the furniture they were working on, as well as all the furniture in the surrounding areas. Best of all, they got ALL the stains up from the carpet - - I wish we would have taken before and after pics, its that big a difference!
