They were excellent! Very professional and careful not only of what they did but of my things and the house. The job took over 3 hours and the results are awesome. Really beautiful. The dog's rug looks so much better I am no longer ashamed to have it out. I could go on and on, but perhaps just to leave the thought that this was a $12,000 sofa and I am delighted i found such a careful, expert team to clean it. It literally looks new again. It is just 2 years old, I will have them come every year to do it now.

Arrived timely, set up quickly. Worked diligently despite rising heat in house (AC off because doors open due to hoses). Great attitude. Didn't mind the dog hair. Thoroughly cleaned all pieces, paying special attention to an old stain on the ottoman. My furniture looks new again. Thank you for a job well done.

very well. cleaned two master bedrooms, hallway, & large living room the next morning after my first call. Arrived on time & gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. The carpets came out beautiful ( I have off white in both bedrooms). Was finished in about 3 hours. I was very pleased with the results & I would definitely recommend this company!

Initially we just wanted to find a reputable company to clean our upholstered furniture. Since Masters Touch mobilizes from Fresno and we live in Reedley, there was a $400 minimum charge which the furniture alone would not cover. Since their prices seemed reasonable and there was an Angie's List discount, we decided to have them clean all flooring as well. On the phone, they're very pleasant to deal with and the prices quoted are the same ones which show up on the invoice. I was particularly impressed with how well the upholstered furniture was cleaned. There is a cleaning code under the cushion which says to only use solvents when cleaning. Masters Touch assured me that they've cleaned that type of furniture before without using solvents and the results were great. Really, the carpets and tile turned out really nice as well. The only issue, and it certainly affected them more than it did me, was that their equipment broke down just as they started to clean the carpets (after the floors and furniture were cleaned). Masters Touch said they would come back to finish the job as soon as they fixed the broken part and had an opening in their schedule which ended up being the following Monday. They even extended me an additional discount due to the inconvenience. I'd like to think our house wasn't exceptionally dirty but there was definitely a noticeable improvement in cleanliness. If you have tile floors, carpeting, and upholstered furniture, and you haven't had it professionally cleaned, you will be impressed if you have Masters Touch Carpet Care do the work.

We were referred to Master's Touch Carpet Care in 2012 and have used them for all our carpet and upholstery jobs since then. They are very prompt and professional. They also do a very good job with grease, other spots, and animal urine. I will continue to use them.

They are a husband and wife team. They are top notch and great. They are personable, prompt and I have not a negative thing to say about them. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a hall way for us. They did not move furniture for me, since I did not require it, so they just cleaned the carpet that was open. They are very easy to get scheduling in. They have fair price too and I am very happy with them. I have used them twice. Also if you give them a referral they will reward you for that referral.

They show up on time. Some of the furniture had quite a bit of dog hair, which he took the time to clean before starting the actual cleaning. He pre-treated all of the furniture. He was very thorough in the cleaning, and the furniture always looks brand new! There were no harsh chemical smells and it dried rather quickly. He explained to us how microfiber works and took the time to talk with us on how to maintain it. It is nice to see a company this day and age actually care about their product/service and to spend the time with the customer.

This was the first time we used them and we would used them again in the future. I think it is a husband and wife and they were very professional, friendly, prompt and it was just a really good experience. Also, we felt like they had great prices.

They were here on time at 8 o'clock and were finished before Noon, We even asked for additional work and they added that. Neat, clean, thorough. Excellent results and I will use them again. They followed up with a call to ask whether we were pleased or had any questions. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

It went very well. we spoke on a Saturday. They had a cancellation on the next Monday. arrived promptly at agreed upon time. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. Our carpet looked great when they were done. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I'm very disappointed. I am looking for a quality oriental rug cleaning company, and cannot find one in the Central Valley.

The tile looked great the grout was back to its original color. The carpets looked great and felt great.

They did a wonderful job - were there when I dropped it off, explained everything to me and called as soon as it was done. I picked it up on my next trip to Fresno. I would definitely use them again.
