Master's Touch Carpet Care

This was an outstanding experience with a first-rate company. The owners do the work. They arrived promptly and gave me an estimate of each aspect of the job. We understood there was a minimum for coming out, but that any work over that minimum was conditional on their seeing my place and doing an estimate. I liked the price and agreed to have the full job done. Master Touch set up quickly, preparing the area with guards for wall corners and furniture legs. One partner vacuumed and the other followed with deep cleaning. They worked quickly and steadily, but were very thorough and careful about everything. I have never seen the carpets or furniture looking as good since the days they were new!

The carpets in my sisters house were in very poor shape. I volunteered to give her a carpet cleaning as a gift. I chose Master's Touch from the list on Angie's website. The estimate went expertly. They showed up at 8am on the day agreed upon and they began cleaning. I have seen carpet cleaners before, but these folks were dynamo's. They vacuumed, cleaned, and raked. It took them close to 6 hours to complete the job and they worked non-stop and did not take a break. When they were completed the carpeting looked brand new. The raking brought up the pile and I would hire these folks to clean the rugs in my House, but my house has ceramic tile through out..excellent job on my sisters carpeting.
