Very professional. Always did what they said. Pedro was the best. We had lots of questions and he was always patient and explained everything we needed. We had one issue (which I don't think is unusual) and they immediately took care of it. Very clean. They always put booties on every time they came inside. Polite, friendly and professional. Again, Pedro is the best.

This was actually service on a central unit NOT a window AC (selection was not available on project menu.) Chad did an excellent job. Professional, very courteous, and informative. He shared some tips on how we can maximize our units performance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The technician who came to my home was right on schedule. He called before he came and he had already e-mailed his picture and reviews. He was very professional but also very friendly. He was very knowlegable about my water heater, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He advised me that the parts should still be under warranty, which I hadn’t even considered since my water heater was almost 5 years old. He ordered the parts from the manafacturer on speaker phone so I could hear the entire transaction. They verified my information and sent the parts to my home at no cost. They arrived the following morning. He had already e-mailed me an invoice for the service and an estimate to complete the job, with the service call deducted from the total cost of the job. He gave me his business card and kept me informed every step of the way. This is now my go-to company for any future plumbing needs.

I have been a customer of Lee's Air for several years. I have them perform regular maintenance on my heater and AC. It came time to replace the very old units I had. I spoke to the manager Tyson Freeman and he introduced me to Aaron Husak who advises and configures the units. Aaron came to my home and examined the old system and fully explained the options and costs. I chose the new system. Justin Howard called me the next day and scheduled the installation for the next Monday. They were willing to fit the install to my schedule. Justin kept me informed of the project timeline. Alexander Cisneros and Jesus Echeverria came early Monday morning and got right to work. Anthony Madrid soon joined them and reviewed the project and made sure everything was right. Pedro Cervantes came a little later and provided installation counsel and assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The installation went smoothly with a minimum of disruption. Alex and Jesus answered any questions I had about the equipment or installation. They were neat and tidy. They explained how the system worked and how to operate it. Everyone was positive and happy in the tasks they had. I will continue to use their services for maintaining my HVAC system.

All of the service professionals were personable, efficient, punctual and hard workers. Jesse and Jose were also very kind to our dogs. Frank and Justin kept us informed of all details during our project and were very polite. They all did a great job and I would highly recommend Lees Air.

Cost and performance was not satisfactory. Here is an update on my last posting. I still believe their first Tech was clueless. However, once management heard of my dissatisfaction, they follow up and resolved the billing issue in an amicable way. I do appreciate the fact they cared and they want a customer to be happy with their service.

My husband has a hearing problem and I appreciated that Jesse was sensitive to that. Jesse advised us on an extended repair policy and explained it in detail. We got it! We will be calling Lee’s Air and recommending them.

Reliable, professional and available on short notice.

The service was exceptional! The AC went out with record heat right before the Labor Day weekend. Raul and Ernesto brought portable AC units to make a hot house bearable. Frank thoughtfully explained our AC options. Andy and Andrew were careful with our home as they performed the installation. Some other workmen had left a mess in the area of the installation and they cleaned it up and left it in much better shape. They were friendly, kind, respectful, and professional as they performed the installation and setup. I do not usually write reviews but this company deserves the attention. I would highly recommend this company!
